Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Our server Ashley was so amazing and helpful, whatever she is being paid isn’t enough, best service i’ve had in a while. The rest of the staff was also helpful checking on us and someone brought us a new batch of fried pickles since they said our last batch looked small. food was delicious as always too. Definitely coming back!

Our very first experience at this Red Robin location as we are new to the state of Arizona and I most say that we are very happy with the experience, Food was great and the service from Daphne was above and beyond. I will definitely be making this our family restaurant spot.

When in because I had a gift card, or what I thought was a gift card, more on that later.
Husband and I sat at the bar, were greeted with a friendly smile and bright personality of the bartender (cant remember her name but she was a middle aged woman who was incredibly spectacular).
We ordered drinks, an appetizer, and 2 burgers both with some modifications. Service was quick.
We did have an issue with the fries being room temp but our server was quick to get fresh hot new ones.
When we went to pay, with the gift card I thought I had turns out it was just an old loyalty card which they dont accept anymore, everything is all done by phone number and email, completely understandable and reasonable. Actually made the night funnier as we specifically went because we thought we had a gift card.
Will definitely be back again.

Me and my husband are extremely dissatisfied with the manager Khiry Watkins and server Sarah. We waited way longer than we should have because the chefs messed up our order. The waiter Sarah laughed at our request to receive a complimentary side for the inconvenience and the manager was unprofessional and refused to accommodate our request. The customer is always right. No one should be laughed at when they are trying to enjoy their dining experience or be made to feel less valued than other customers that we have seen receive sides for the exact same thing. A manager should know how to defuse a situation.

I had such a great experience at this Red Robin! From the moment we walked in, every worker we encountered had a smile on their face, which set such a welcoming tone. Our waitress, Ainsley, was absolutely wonderful—so attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have to eat gluten free, and she took the time to reassure me about their gluten free protocols, which gave me so much peace of mind.
What really impressed me is that this is the only Red Robin in the West Valley where the fries have their own dedicated fryer—a huge deal for anyone who has to avoid cross-contamination. It made the meal that much more enjoyable knowing I could safely indulge in fries too.
The service, food, and atmosphere were all outstanding, and thanks to Ainsley and the rest of the team, it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. We’ll definitely be back!

Am eating here now. Fries were too salty and my chicken sandwich was burnt and salty to the point where I just vomited in the bathroom. Having to pay $45 dollars for food that made me sick was too much.
