April was the best waitress I've had in a while! 10/10

April the sweetest waitress we have ever experienced. She was so thoughtful. Thank you for such a great lunch. And helping us celebrate my daughter’s 5th bday! She loved her cookie!

We usually have a good experience at this location. We got Alyssa for our server this time and she was wonderful! Great with my kids and on top of refills and checking on us!

Alyssa B made our dining experience very pleasant. She was very friendly and upbeat. Alyssa B made sure we had everything we needed. We never had to wait for anything. Be sure to request her when dining here. She will lighten your mood and make you leave with a smile.

Jose, the manager, is very friendly and interacts with customers to ensure they are enjoying the meal.

Food was delicious and service was fast and friendly and Alyssa was a great waitress tonight ! Glad to be here and would eat here agian !

Food was great as was the service, we didn't have to hunt down our server and it wasn't extremely loud.

Great food! Out server, Racquel, was phenomenal! Probably one of the best servers we have had, not just at Red Robin, but out of all of our dining experiences.

Everything was wonderful. Service was great. Food was good clean atmosphere.

It was okay-ish. We went here today after graduation to grab a bite to eat. The service was pretty mediocre. We were a party of six with three separate bills, and our waitress seemed upset and visibly displeased to be serving us—like she didn’t want to be there at all. But hello, that’s literally her job.

They brought us the wrong food a couple of times, likely meals that belonged to another table. We told them it wasn’t ours. By the time I finally got my actual meal, the fries were cold and hard, and the burger was honestly terrible. I didn’t even finish it—after three bites, I gave it to a hungry homeless person on the side of the road. Seriously, not even joking.

They took forever to bring my aunt’s drink, even though we could clearly see it just sitting at the bar. The waitress also forgot to put in our onion ring order, so those took forever to arrive as well. On top of all that, they mixed up the three bills, even though I clearly explained what belonged on each one. We had to get that sorted out before we could finally leave.

Go here if you’re desperate—but definitely not if you’re hungry.

Ashley was amazing and she made me so happy for my birthday . I really liked the fact that she was attentive and made me smile. Come to this location.

Very enjoyable place, food, and atmosphere, a row of 10's for me, service was fulfilling, a swell as food, and the design of the interior is beautiful and interesting 🥰

Really disappointed. Had ordered Uber eats. If you look close, that is not a 20 dollar burger. So not right. Lid had correct order, container had deep fried something.
