Ordered an 18inch sausage pizza with light sauce! This is what arrived!!!!When calling to CALMLY inform the manager, He immediately started interrupting and when asked to stop and let me speak, his response was we’re not perfect!!!! Who says that!?!?! Terrible terrible customer service! As you can clearly see in their response below. The only solution was to remake the pizza and us come pick it up. Why bother when the first order should not have even left the building like this! It takes a few minutes to call a customer and confirm an order, THAT is quality customer service!

I ordered the food over the phone. Arrived and was imediately greeted to what appeared to be the owner. Very nice man. Had conversations about both being from Illinois. Food came out hot a few mins later. I ordered the Rosatis Monster Medium pizza and the Garlic Parm wings. Total was 50.00. When I picked up the pizza, I noticed it was extremely heavy. Thought wow! thats a heavy box for a pizza. Got home 5 miles away and we were ready to eat. Upon opening the box, there were so many toppings on this thin crust pizza, that I was almost confused. WE grabbed a couple pieces and put them on a plate and got ready to eat. The crust was super thin and barely and I mean barely had any sauce. So it was literally a giant baked meat and vegetable cracker. To say the least disappointing. The taste was good but I wouild not call it pizza.
To the wings. When someone makes chicken wings, they should disclose that they are baked. So when you get them, you know you are getting a soggy mess. Not good. If you like traditional wings, this is not the place to order them.

Again, great customer service. Super freindly. Food unfortunately, very lack luster. If I lived around the corner, I would have taken them back.

Picked up a couple beef sandwiches yesterday, they were great as usual.

It's so much better than the Rosati's 5 minutes from our house. Thank you for restoring our faith in Rosati's. We have missed it.
