Rosati's Pizza

I ordered the food over the phone. Arrived and was imediately greeted to what appeared to be the owner. Very nice man. Had conversations about both being from Illinois. Food came out hot a few mins later. I ordered the Rosatis Monster Medium pizza and the Garlic Parm wings. Total was 50.00. When I picked up the pizza, I noticed it was extremely heavy. Thought wow! thats a heavy box for a pizza. Got home 5 miles away and we were ready to eat. Upon opening the box, there were so many toppings on this thin crust pizza, that I was almost confused. WE grabbed a couple pieces and put them on a plate and got ready to eat. The crust was super thin and barely and I mean barely had any sauce. So it was literally a giant baked meat and vegetable cracker. To say the least disappointing. The taste was good but I wouild not call it pizza.
To the wings. When someone makes chicken wings, they should disclose that they are baked. So when you get them, you know you are getting a soggy mess. Not good. If you like traditional wings, this is not the place to order them.

Again, great customer service. Super freindly. Food unfortunately, very lack luster. If I lived around the corner, I would have taken them back.

Picked up a couple beef sandwiches yesterday, they were great as usual.

It's so much better than the Rosati's 5 minutes from our house. Thank you for restoring our faith in Rosati's. We have missed it.

Tried this place for the first time because we don't have Chicago style pizza in Utah. I wanted a Chicago Pie and decided to try this place. Super disappointed the pizza was dry not to much sauce and the crust was super hard like buying a 7-Eleven pizza. It was defiantly not Chicago approved. Thin crust was trash defiantly not a fan. Only thing going for you is the mushrooms and Cesar Salad...$80 down the toilet.

OMG I MOVED HERE FROM CHICAGO, THANK YOU FOR USING THE SAME RECIPE AS I WAS USED TO IN CHICAGO!!! SINCE MOVING TO ARIZONA I HAVE TRIED MANY PIZZA PLACES AND THEY ALL SAY THEY'RE CHICAGO STYLE THEY ARE NOT SOME OF THEM SHOULDN'T EVEN BE OPEN CLOSE THEIR DOORS THANK YOU ROSATI'S FOR MAKING ME HAPPY I HAD A PIZZA AGAIN!!,😁🍕

I was hosting a large party, I had to order 5 pizzas and they made them fast, they were ready when I got there, everything was correct, and very delicious. The employees were very nice. The employee I spoke with over the phone was very nice and when I got there one employee asked me to wait one moment while he helped the prior customer, but then another employee proceeded to help me anyway so I wouldn't have to wait. The employee even carried all the pizzas to my car for me. Hosting is stressful, but they made it quick and easy. I love Rosati's, best pizza in Arizona that I know of, and I'm from Chicago!
