Came in right before close desperate for something to eat and didn’t have cash to tip. The workers here were very kind and considerate even though we definitely inconvenienced their closing. Made the food fast and well too!

Shout out for the counter guy for letting me have my expired birthday discount but love Rubio's anyways first time to this place estrella is my place different bowl kind hard to eat wished they kept the round one but as long the food is still amazing good 👍 I'll take it!

Unfortunately didn’t have a good experience. Showed up early to grab my pick up order. Waited in the truck until it was ready. I was the only customer at the moment so I had the closest parking spot. Dark outside, inside lite up I can see just about everything going on. Especially the food handler behind the counter jamming out to music and picking his nose, no gloves. Walked right in and asked for a refund. Very irritating, that’s how people get sick. Younger generation don’t care.

😀after going to another awful location in Scottsdale, so happy i visited this location. It was so clean, the employees were lovely, kind, and professional. Everything was stocked, and the food was wonderful. Go here if you can.
One of the few Rubio's that can actually make a good shrimp burrito. Definitely recommend this location.

Sunday Oct 20th walked in around 8pm and was stared down by staff at front counter and in the kitchen. I was not greeted at all or asked to have my order taken. Myself and my spouse were just stared at as we approached the counter and were just stared at as we waited to have our order taken. I eventually had to ask to have my order taken. I actually love the food here but I will NOT tolerate being treated as if my business is unwanted. So needless to say I did not purchase anything because I do not like being treated as if my business and my hard earned means nothing. I don't expect the young people working at the time to understand this but maybe this will reach management and you guys can educate your staff especially the young staff on how to conduct business and how to value your own customers. We went to the pizza place next door and the food was great.
