Saddle Ranch Chop House

Had walked by for many years - thinking it was a tourist trap. Finally ate there. Actually decent food and great servers. Found out that it predates the arena and entertainment complex. Beware that only a limited menu on game days.

My husband and I went to Saddle Ranch to celebrate our one year anniversary. We had heard great things about the food and service and decided to try it for ourselves. We were not disappointed. The food was delicious and the bartender, I believe her name was Miranda, was extremely helpful in recommending drink options. She was funny and personable and made us feel like family. Not only was the food and drinks amazing but the service is impeccable. I would definitely recommend this place to all of my family and friends. We will be back soon!

The staff was knowledgeable and very personable. Our waitress made excellent entree and drink suggestions. The food was delicious. The environment was relaxed and fun. Everyone in my party enjoyed their meal and the ambiance. I'll definitely visit again.

Not recommended! Let me start with terrible service but we still tipped the waiter.

Good service and food. Sat outside for Sunday brunch plus we also had a dog with us. Nice atmosphere and views of people walking. Only negative is that there are bees flying around when you are eating outside.

Adrian was a great server food was decent burger cooked right, he threw in free onion rings and shots.. great atmosphere, would have stayed for the ufc fight but. ...... Tool was here!!

Jocelyn was awesome with great menu recommendations and exceptional service. We’ve been here countless times for cocktails before concerts and games but first time dining experience it and exceeded expectation. Manager Rosalie was attentive and helpful with bringing extra oranges for my cocktail. No bull riding at my age but entertaining to watch.

Apps came out same time as main food. Asked for it out 1st. Asked for an extra well done burger, came out medium. Was told that the menu says medium so thats the only way they would cook it. Bartender was cool. Over priced for sure. $15 for average at best burger.

Atmosphere Awesome, my chicken sandwich didn’t Match Lots of TV’s Great Energy, I’ve eaten here before, maybe just other food made better, like Beef, Alana our server, Fantastic!!

My family ate there on New Years Day. Food came in large portions and waitresses very attentive even though they were short staffed on the holiday. The hostess even took time to show my children the upstairs balcony that was closed. It was cold inside, suggest bringing a jacket on colder days or slow times. Prices very reasonable because food comes in large servings. Restrooms were clean. I would eat there again!

Our first time bodying Saddle Ranch Chip House. It was absolutely amazing. We was a group of 8 w/reservation.

My food was missing condiments. My wife's food super cold. After taking it back and (supposedly) took care of it, food was still cold... The server tried to make the best out of a bad experience. He tried getting the one of the two Managers to apologize for the situation but apparently they were too busy.. weird since it was Thursday and very slow. Apparently they do not care about customer service. First and last time I ever come her. Please save yourself the headache and frustration and go somewhere else.

First off I was charged $30 to even get a table. It was New Year’s Eve but I have never had to do that before. Hostess said other places were charging $50-$90 so we stayed. Horrible decision. Loud music that wasn’t even Country. Limited menu that was very expensive. Only thing that was positive was the waiter was decent, Not great but decent. Sticky tables too. Whole place was horrible and gross and food was I guess edible at best

So I went with a huge group for a Christmas party (30+ people) and service was amazing! Our server, Heather, was absolutely incredible. Deserts on the house for our party and a Birthday shot for one in our group (not to mention a Birthday shoutout provided by Heather) made Saddle Ranch a definite go to for our next get together.
