Ordered salads no cheese no dressing and they both had cheese and dressing and they will not refund me without making another trip which i will not be doing, this is not the location by my house and its unacceptable to not accurately complete a vegan order. These salads are inedible

I catch the bus near this salad and go. I have gotten things from them, and its been overall a good experience. However, most recently, I had a bad experience with staff. I did a mobile order and went to pick it up at the window. I got there a 5-7 mins after the time it said it would be ready by. I ringing the bell and for over 10 minutes, I get ignored. During the time I was there, I missed my second bus and there was only two cars that passed by. It seemed like the staff deliberately ignored me. I never had this issue before and I understand waiting if there was a rush, but it seemed like a punishment for trying to get my food.

I ordered a breakfast burrito and I like to eat it with salsa, I did not get any salsa in my order and didn’t realize until I got to work. But if you order an extra salsa they charge you extra, what if I don’t get any?

So this is the second time going to salad and go. I’m disappointed that my wrap was not what I feel I paid for. I’ve had a wrap before so I have a previous experience to. My first time having a wrap with the company months ago, I didn’t ask for extra anything and it was phenomenal but could have used a bit more. This time I paid for extra dressing and extra meat. It seemed to have less dressing and meat. And I asked for both types of cheese and I barely had cheese . If I had ordered a vegetarian wrap with light sauce then it would have been perfect. Also, the lady handed me my food and forgot to give me my chili I ordered. So food wasn’t ready when I was there even though I was actually 10 minutes later to pick up my order. My kids salads were good and they loved them.

They decided to clean their frozen machine in the middle of the afternoon so they don't have to stay late to clean it up. So at 2:47 pm I could not get my frozen strawberry lemonade what a disappointment.

Been getting breakfast here once a month or so for years and never had an issue, till today. I was going to leave a bad review but only 1 bad experince over a few years? So my review will remain positive. Overall the breakfast food is always good and fresh. We order at the drive thru line and never had to wait long.
