My all time favorite bowl is the sweet heat! I get it with the regular red salsa instead of the one it comes with and sometimes it is not the hottest in temp but I just heat it up at work and it's delicious! The customer service isn't always the best but the food doesn't disappoint.

My favorite "fast food" place by far! Healthy, fast, delicious, and giant portions (salads are usually enough for 2 meals). My only complaint is that their caprese salad is seasonal :( Their wraps are pretty dang good (BBQ ranch wrap and the thai wrap are personal favorites), and they also have delicious (and affordable!!) breakfast burritos!
Minor human mishaps occasionally but other than that it's good!

I called the store to explain they didn't give me salad dressing with my order and the girl was not empathetic towards their mess up just expects me to be inconvenienced by having to drive back 2xs to fix their eff up. Now I have to use a dressing at home that doesn't taste what I wanted to w a Ceasars salad.

You know a few months ago when you asked for double mozzarella yall actually doubled it. But I’ve been paying and asking for extra (I even ask them to make sure when at the window) and this is extra… this is a joke, back to Panera bread I go. They may charge more, but at least I’ll get extra when I ask for it AND pay for said extra
I absolutely love the blackberry basil lemonade! It's the perfect pairing for their delicious Greek salad with chicken.

Thai Wrap- I had two bites and the wrap fell apart, I tried to rewrap it, didn’t work every thing came out the bottom. I put it in a bowl and ate it as a salad lol. I don’t think a wrapped salad works or maybe it should have been wrapped tightly, idk.
