Great tasting fresh food. Friendly staff. I accidently went through the Point Of Service screen too fast and didn't catch the tip screen. The server didn't even flinch. She was focused on providing excellent service with a smile. I of course took care of the tip with another transaction. Great place to stop on my way home when visiting the Valley. Every time we are in the area, we stop.

Literally had 3 people waiting in there for over a half hour per order. Like this food is less than decent quality so to take this long when it's empty is absolutely crazy.

Bad service I came to pick up my order they told me 5 minutes. I have been here 30 minutes. I ordered before everyone here they have been served and I haven't. Will never come back. The young girl at the front desk doesn't know what she's doing she walks to the back kitchen area and just turned around pretending she asked the kitchen how long. What she did not do. 40 minutes later I'm now getting my order after I ordered online

I went to Samari Sam's first the first time in years. I now recall why I do not frequent Samari Sam's.
The employee was very nice, the food was fresh, hot, and fast.
I was excited to see the shishito pepper appetizer. The sign said it had a garlic sauce on it, which it did not. But that's ok. However, only one pepper was fully chared. The rest were only chared a little bit and basically raw. If they were fully cooked would have been a ten.
The grilled egg roll was decent. The sweet and sour sauce was almost sugary enough to be candy. The hot mustard had zero flavor. If the sauces were better, there would have been no complaints.
The teriyaki chicken with vegetables was a nice size. Both cooked fresh and hot and tasted of char. But the teriyaki sauce was also syrupy sweet and not good. The condensation from the hot food created a pool of liquid in the container that spilled into the bag and made a mess and made the fresh crispy vegetables soggy by the time I had them. Luckily, the pool kinda washed off all the teriyaki sauce so I was still able to eat my food.
I'm sad to say I won't be back mainly due to the three sauces. I would return for the freshness, speed, and customer service though.

We were very disappointed in the amount of chicken in our orange chicken bowls. It's the more expensive entree and they skimped big time. That's like $1 per tiny bite sized piece of chicken 🙁
