I am very disappointed in this location I got a large terraki bowl white rice no veggies was charged 13$ and was given 95% rice and a small 1/4 cup of chicken. So many better options for the money. I won't go back here again.

Place looks Janky, I ordered the white meat teriyaki bowl protein style and it took like 30 min to get my food. For as long as it took the meat was so bland and the veggies were mid. I will definitely not come back, i will wait for teriyaki madness to re-open.

We were looking for something new and quick and this fit perfectly. It's a great place to grab a quick casual bite that isn't just greasy fast food. I had the Korean BBQ chicken bowl and he went for the Sriracha chicken bowl. We also grabbed some crab puffs that were pretty tasty. I would definitely stop by again!

I'd take Samurai Sam's over Panda any day. A bit more expensive but definitely worth the price.
Cayden is one of the workers there, lets just say he's the Man!! He was taking control of the situation shop and went back there and made the damn cookies himself. I will be coming back again

Always friendly and fast service. I have had their chicken breast before and the meat was very dry, but the dark meat and salmon are delicious. I love ordering it with brown rice and spicy teriyaki.
My favorite place for Chicken Teriyaki Rice Bowls!!!I drive across town just for these rice bowls and they never disappoint!!

I have been a customer of this store since it opened in the late 90s, our family comes here at least once or twice a week. I happened to be in line behind the lady who left the poor review below on May 27, 2023, about "not getting enough teriyaki sauce" on her order. Let me just say that the woman caused an embarrassing scene as everyone in the restaurant watched on in horror. She was aggressive and full of rage. No one could believe the ruckus she was raising over such a trivial issue. She was told that extra sauce would be, if I am not mistaken, $1.25 or $1.35. She began demanding names and numbers of management over it. The poor staff, and the young lady behind the counter, handled the situation excellently. I was very impressed with how they kept calm and appreciated the superb customer service they offered to the rest of us once the confrontation ended. Please do not let that review influence your decision about coming here - this is still the best place in town.

This location has the best Dumplings. Not only do you get 5 instead of 3 like other locations, they don't burn them either. I also do a special order for my beef and/or chicken teriyaki and they always get the special order right. Thank you!

Samurai Sam’s is perfectly simple.I started eating here because it’s delicious and healthy.It’s so easy to eat healthy here for all diets. If you’re trying to get a lot of calories in, I recommend the Sumo bowl. If your carb conscience, get a riceless bowl. My kids love it, staff is friendly, and price is reasonable. Plus they have the best teriyaki sauce ever!
