I didn’t even want to give them a star this place doesn’t deserve it..
All the stars you see are NEGATIVE ZERO STARS!!!
I ordered 2 slices of pizza TUESDAY 9/9/25 and Carlos and his team were bad. Carlos serves me an OLD dried out slice of supreme and a cold Italian sausage slice. He heated them I paid and sat. Went to enjoy and the supreme was extremely old, my Italian sausage one was still cold the cheese didn’t even melt.
My wife took it back up and he refused a refund a proceeded to reheat them again. I tried to eat them but still was even nastier.
My sister was upset and said she’ll try to get my refund. She took it back up again and Carlos said OH after she sat there with the pizza for 10 mins it got old… no it wasn’t but maybe 5 mins. She got a refund after Carlos was being so rude and having the worst customer service..
we had come to this Sbarro pizza place on Sunday 9/7/25 and had a great experience.. this is the reason we travelled all the way to arrowhead specifically for this pizza place. Carlos needs to learn how to welcome customers and learn that customer service is key for a successful business..
btw, when I order a slice of supreme I noticed he looked at the other 3 slices and tossed them when he served me mine and asked one of the pizza makers to make another supreme. Tells me he knew it was old and nasty. Set timers or something. Worst place to go never again. Got my refund after how many attempts. Do not recommend this place.. maybe just on Sundays..

Carlos took our order and he was rude. He threw away the pizza as I ordered then told his coworkers to make a fresh one. After he served me the old pizza.

They used to be so generous with their toppings. It used to be about our satisfaction and that we are getting the most for our dollar. Now it's all about their greed and how much they can squeeze out of it's customers by giving us less while over charging us for meager toppings. I learned to beat them at their own gain by just ordering a regular cheese pizza and buying my own toppings and cheese and putting as much as I want and popping it back in the oven. I save so much money and I get exactly what I want and how ever much I want and even as some things that may not offer, like sauteed garlic in olive oil or provolone and prosciutto or crumble feta, Kalamata olives and tomato. They wanna be greedy then I go cheap and do the rest myself. Screw the greedy pizza joints.

Their food is really good but they have they worst stuff ever they are so rude I go to the mall like twice a week and every time i go I smile i try to be nice they are all just acting weird I will the manager read my comment and do something about it they must be nice to the customer otherwise they will lose money .

Valeria has some serious attitude issues. I came to Sbarros today specifically for the Ziti. It’s def not the best Ziti in town, but my late husband and I ate it the day before we had our daughter and it holds a special place in my heart.

I ordered two slices of cheese pizza and a Ziti combo. Valeria intentionally rang my order up incorrectly, just adding a side of ziti pasta to my pizza. When I tried to clarify that I didn’t want the side of ziti, I want the combo with the drink and side of breadsticks, she told me that’s not what I got. I tried to clarify once more and was met with attitude. I asked for my drink cup and left.

I sent my fiance back to help correct my order. Again, Valeria stood her ground that she would not make the ziti combo—telling my fiance that the pasta is the same size for the side and the entree (it’s not—the entree is double the size) and that she’s trying to save us money.

He told her again that is NOT what we want. She responded by telling him she would not accept attitude from him. After telling her AGAIN that literally all we want is something they already have on the menu, the staff reluctantly made it and gave me dirty looks the entire time I ate.

I don’t know if Valeria was having a bad day or if she just really hates working for Sbarro, but maybe having her work in the back would be fore the best—at least until she learns the ins and outs of customer service.!

What an akward experience, if you dont tip they would make it weird for you as if you are obligated to tip them! Acting up for not getting a tip it’s messed up! They even messed up my sauce, asked for garlic sauce and i got ketchup!

Rich Crude

The sauce tastes like dirty water and the staff is extremely rude. They speak Spanish talking about customers that they assume can’t speak Spanish. Just terrible

i told them 3/4 pepperoni the other 1/4 cheese they did the opposite. pizza was so soggy cheese/ pepperonis fell right off . forgot my sauces id give it 0 stars if i could . waited 35 minutes for a wrong and soggy ass pizza
