Extremely unprofessional. Workers that we interacted with need better training or to be fired, Liyah, Isaac, and Chris. The manager, Eduardo, needs better training. A order for 2 Stromboli combos shouldn't take 15 minures or longer when the food wasn't made fresh. Employees mumbling and talking fast to be misunderstood and then laughing about it infront of you because you couldn't understand what they said....really??o.o Ordered everything for at the location and they put it in to go containers. The 2 beverage cups was only filled half to 3/4. We ordered no ice...not no pop. The spaghetti liquid inside the container leaked out and all over inside the bag. The manager having to call to figure out how to reprint a receipt and waiting over 5 minutes while he is on the phone infront of you is ridiculous. Requesting the breadsticks yet again after the receipt is reprinted and having to wait for the rest of the food go cold because of this... No excuses. Such a horrible experience.

I’d highly suggest not eating there I had 3 slices of pizza and the following day was spent puking I got food poisoning from them so I highly suggest not eating there went back and complained to manager he didn’t care didn’t do anything.

They used to make excellent spinach Stromboli loaded with spinach and great mozzarella…recently they changed the recipe and where you can only taste a traces of spinach and some sort of cheese product ….will not come back anymore…last visit

Left this business feeling disgusted. I can’t believe I just gave this business money. Food was a 5/6 out of 10. It’s ok. However, the worst part is the way I was treated by Carlos. It was degrading. The minute we walked through the line he was extremely pushy and rude. Felt like a burden to this business.I asked for the pineapple and ham. Not knowing it was “deep dish”. Mind you, there’s no sign saying it’s deep dish. I asked carlos if it was deep dish? He responded by saying “yeah, you don’t want it no more?” I said no sorry I didn’t know it was deep dish. He gets the pizza and tosses-it back on the pan and say what do you want. We proceed to ordering and I finally tell him, I don’t like the way I’m treated and if I can speak to the GM. He says, “I am the GM” I responded by saying, well who can I talk to about your behavior? He got extremely aggressive and asked why? I said the minute we got in line you’ve been completely rude. He responded by saying “I’ve never seen you before.” I repeated myself again and said the minute we walked through the line you’ve had this nasty attitude and made us feel like a burden for giving you guys business. Everytime I tried talking he aggressively talked over me and I finally told him he shouldn’t be talking over me if he’s wanting an answer from me.He then said loud and aggressively…”Don’t Play with me!”What does that mean????Now I feel threatened. It’s clear Carlos got extremely upset because I asked to speak to his manager about HIS BEHAVIOR because I was going to expose his behavior to his manager and he didn’t like it. This guy looked extremely miserable. Even if the quality was 10 out of 10, no customer deserves to be treated that way.

Usually get the food for my little brother and it seems pretty good but yo learn to work on your customer service if you’re not made for customer interaction then move to the back of the house every-time I come to order here there always so rude about it this time I could one of their names one guy named Carlos saying “Oh my god” or “how can I help you” so aggressively learn to not give attitude until you’ve been disrespected I work in the service industry and the least you can do is at least be nice at first if the customer starts off being rude then okay let it out but shoot I understand you’re understaffed and it’s busy but shoot don’t take it out on us if we haven’t disrespected you first!! If you can’t take it then move to the back of the house or leave but don’t be disrespectful at least not at first!

The worst customer service ever! The so-called manager was very rude! I bought Stromboli, totally burned out, when told them why it is like that, they said all is like that! The. Asked me to bring it back with receipt for refund. When I provided him with receipt and burned stromboli, he didn’t give me full amount of money as “ you ate half of it already “!!! I ate half cause I didn’t know it was burnt! I guess he wanted me to vomit half of it for him in front of him!Very rude customer service! Never will go back there!

In the 1980's I loved Sbarro. I found them not as great in 2001 and now I hate them in 2023. I rarely go to malls. I can eat from elegant to chef boyardee. I do not like bait and switch tactics. Lunch special was 2 slices with a drink for $12.95. A bit pricey but exceptable. Than the cashier told me it was 19.95 plus tax because I had chosen a slice from the forbidden section. It was only Hawaiian. I told them lets take it off and substitute. Than it's only for pepperoni or cheese only. I said goodbye.

The pizza was tasty but the young girl with the glasses working there needs to be trained on customer service etiquette, she's just Rude and we do not need to deal with attitude problems when we decide to eat out.

Being mall pizza I can't give Sbarro a high score, I do however enjoy their pizza when walking the mall. Today, though I am told that they do not open until 11:15 rather than 11:00 which is what it says on the website. Who opens at 11:15? All the other food court restaurants are open. That's a good way to lose business.

Hours of operations vary. Got to the mall at 8:02 on a Friday night, they were already closing for the night! Their sign says 9pm though. I can understand breaking equipment down and cleaning, but calling it quits an hour ahead of schedule.... come on. Same thing last Saturday.... closed at 7:45! PLEASE ADJUST YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION if you don't plan on staying open the whole night.
