Came to the mall today to do a few shopping ,When i saw and stopped by sip fresh to try it out ,i was greeted by Alex and got offered a sample ,he displayed excellent customer service and even recommended the mojito !! it was great ,would highly recommend to anyone visiting arrowhead and getting a drink from Alex !

I always see this place at arrowhead mall and thought I would try it. I approached the stand and heard the two coworkers male/female gossiping/cussing. No acknowledgment to me. At this point I'm just standing there so I say hello, may I try a sample, the guy at the register looks at me like the biggest inconvenience and says yeah, but I only have enough to give you a regular size drink. No customer service skills, I felt like an inconvenience so I just left, not spending my money somewhere that feels like a mission to even get acknowledged.

Drinks are so refreshing and the customer service is even better! Cody and the girls there (sorry I didnt get y’all’s names) were amazing! They let us try so many samples and mixed two of my favorites for me so I could try it out before buying a full one. They were so lovely and the drinks are so great. 100% my new fav spot and we will be back again!!

Subject: Uncomfortable Experience at Sip Fresh Dear Sip Fresh Team, My mom and I recently visited your location, and unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. When we approached the cashier politely and calmly, we were met with a mean demeanor and noticeable attitude. This made us both feel very uncomfortable. As a regular customer, I’ve never experienced this kind of treatment before, which made it even more upsetting. My mom didn’t deserve the looks or attitude she was given. Sip Fresh has always been a special place for the two of us to spend time together and relax, but this experience has made me hesitant to return. Great service here and even though there was a line, the wait wasn't too bad. They use fresh fruit and I could taste it in their juice. I like how it wasn't overly sweet, and the chamoy/tajin adds delicious tang and spice. Customer service was great . Accessible entrance and accessible parking mall-front.

I'm not going to lie, my drink was tasty, but customer service was horrible. Me an my son purchased the same size, but it seems I paid for just ice, and he actually got a fair amount of his drink. I get it was almost closing time, but the lady who was at the counter definently wasn't having a good day. Shouldn't have left a tip at all! Definitely not returning.

soooo good, went there after work and the guy named zack was super nice and friendly. he was so patient and let me and coworkers try a good amount and recommended his fav, but the short guy was super rude. He gave us attitude and dirty looks and then openly talked poorly about his coworkers infront of us SUPER unprofessional. went there today didn't see the nice guy before, but I saw a girl with with her bra strap and shoulder exposed and it was weird because I don't need my kids seeing that.
This place has amazing drinks the watermelon drink with Boba is amazing I wish they would bring back the blueberry lemonade that's hands down the best one.

Went to this place not too long ago when I was at the mall buying shoes with my son. A nice boy gave us a free sample so I decided to buy drinks for me and my son. There was a little man with big eyebrows behind the counter yelling at the employees and that made me feel uncomfortable. That was very unprofessional and unethical in my opinion. I don't even yell at my kids that way, especially not in front of other people. So, with that being said, despite the transgression with the one employee, the smoothie was rather tasty. I will stop by again, but maybe not if I see the eyebrows... lol!
Tried for the first time today and Alex displayed excellent service. What caught my attention was the offering of free samples and wow was the strawberry milk delicious! I was recommend what I believe was called the strawberry swirl which is essentially the strawberry milk with whip cream and a vanilla caramel. Tasted exactly like an iced strawberries and cream frappé. A sweet and refreshing beverage that I’ll definitely come back for
