Service was fine, but food was unbelievably bad. The curry was mostly rice with barely cooked pork, the pad see ew had undercooked bok choy with the noodles stuck together. The Pho was oversalted and had barely any ingredients. Wasn’t offered a refund of any kind. And the portions of everything are half-sized. This place only just opened a short while ago and they’ll be quickly closing.

I came in for a quick snack. The Mink was awesome supporting me. Vegan food options available that I went for. My tofu noodles were awesome! This is my new neighborhood favorite! Carl the chef has tremendous experience from Beverly hills CA. To have a menu and recipes tailored by Carl is awesome!
Vegetarian options: Tons of modifications can be attempted.

The food is hot and fresh. Love the pineapple fried rice, and potstickers with sweet & spicy sauce! You gotta try the Thai Tea. We will be back.

The owner of this restaurant was such a cool guy, told us his backstory of why he opened the restaurant and that made us like the restaurant even more! The food was great! The pineapple fried rice was delicious I definitely recommend if you visit!

I came in here today for the first time. I live in the area and noticed the "now open" sign. Stopped to pick up some mango sticky rice for the wife and some Thai Tea for the both of us. The owner took my order and he was extremely friendly. I told him how my wife likes Thai food and she would most likely be back to try more things. I'm a pretty picky eater and wasn't sure what I would like/try. He convinced me to try the Pineapple fried rice. I'm glad I listened to him because it is freaking delicious! All the food we ordered was great and we are excited to come back and try more items on the menu!

Stop to try SKNY Pig for lunch today and they did not disappoint. We ordered yellow curry and spring rolls. Amazing flavors, powerful. It was really impressive! Definitely repeating customers, the sweet sticky rice was amazing, my adult children loved it. Thank you for an amazing lunch!

Saw this place when stopping at the market in the same parking lot. Owner recommended the pad see ew with beef. Got hot (not Thai hot which seemed intimidating). Was incredible. Spring rolls were good as well. Happy to find a new place to frequent!

I'll start with the spring rolls. Large sized shrimp, not the usual small ones the size of a quarter, and a very generous amount of pork in the rolls. Tasty peanut sauce. My husband ordered the Seafood Lo Mein. Amazing flavors and the entree was huge. We could have shared it and walked away stuffed. The lo mein noodles were thin, golden and crunchy, unlike the usual noodles which resemble spaghetti noodles. I ordered the Bun Thit Nuong. It is like a salad with vermicelli noodles, pork, shrimp, an eggroll, lettuce, cilantro, green onions and fish sauce which you use as a dressing. I could eat this morning, noon and night. It is like an explosion of fresh flavors in your mouth. I wish I had taken pictures. Bon Appétit
