Two burgers in my order, mine was correct but my husband's was not. Then my points were not able to be added because scanning my receipt kept coming up as "minimum check must be 50 cents" My order was $13.91 so I'm losing out on points on my Smashburger account. This happened last month as well

Just watch an employee cough in to arm facing food and then NOT wash hands even after I complained to her about this.

I was in this restaurant yesterday and I noticed today that my debit card was charged twice. When I called the restaurant to let them know, I was placed on hold then the phone hung up. Called back and was told that I need to bring my receipt into the them tomorrow. Then when I asked to speak with a manager I got hung up on again. Tried calling back and I got a voicemail that they were assisting another customers and to call back at another time. I will never dine at this restaurant again. Poor customer service. And it wasn't even my fault that I got charged twice. So unprofessional! .....Now it's Monday and still no resolution. Employee is telling me that only the general manager Dave Parker can help me. I really feel like they just hope I go away! But Lacey freakin charged my card twice for the same amount and I'm suppose to not care about it.

Not the worst burger I've had but definitely not the best. I tried smash burger for the first time this past week and the burger was decent. I got the smashburger single and smash friends and the flavors were just okay. If you are looking for a quick meal this is a good place to go.

Came with a large group about 15 people, order taking was done until the food started to come out . We had to figure out our food to figure out who was who and there was a huge mix up! To find out they ran out of beef!? Several of us didn't get to have. A burger.... very disappointing.... this location is not up to par....

It's been a while since I was last here. The last time was better as far as the food goes. I'm not sure, but I think they smashed the smash out of the burger all they could because my burger wasn't juicy at all...actually it was rather dry. The condiments didn't even help it that's how dry it was...had to hit it with the can of air to dust it... 😆.

My list of places to eat hardly disappoints! This one is one of those places. Not too busy surprisingly on a Saturday evening (5pmish). Our order was done pretty quick and my friend and I got it to go. As you see in the picture, the fries and burger was extremely delicious! Fries are seasoned with some kind of parsley with olive oil, and the burger was juicy and fresh. Bacon was crispy and plentiful, and the onion strips were crispy as well. A little on the pricey side order for 2 with 1 shake ended up totaling $30.. Yea... other than that, food is delicious, staff is friendly, and service is quick. You won't be disappointed!

Our server was extremely accommodating. She got us silverware, threw away our trash, and checked on us to see if we were doing alright. The burgers were warm, and the Cobb salad was unique in the way it had fried egg but besides that it was yummy. The hash onion rings were good as well. The atmosphere was comfortable, though I would live to see the soda machine and floors a little nicer next time

The food was beautifully prepared for us and my pretzel bun craving was for sure satisfied! Everything was fresh and hot, and hit the spot for us both. As we were enjoying our time, the manager walked over to us and offered to refresh our beverages and offered anything else we would like. He was very pleasant and made us feel so welcome in the lobby even though they were closing in an hour!
