Im more than disappointed at the service I was given last night. Me & my family went to grab something to eat and as I bit my burger, a whole receipt was put in my food. I almost choked thankfully I was able to spppit it out. This was purposely done, due to the fact the paper was folded more than 5x. We went back and took the burger & alll they could do was. Give a free shake. Like seriously? This could have been my child burger . 1st pic it was unfolded 1x due to me trying to figure out what this was. I need HR department or something done.

DO NOT go to this location! Food is not fresh! It tastes disgusting and the staff and night manager doesn’t listen! Manager is extremely rude and is not willing to find a simple resolution to the problem but instead adds to the problem with her poor customer service and “management” skills! They must of been desperate to fill her position when they hired her because she clearly doesn’t have the qualifications or education! I had them remake my order several times and they still couldn’t get it right! Then the night manager had the audacity to get an attitude with me and call me a lier when I called to tell her about it saying that she made the order with extra toppings that my son is allergic to then when I kindly explained that I had showed the server that I had asked for no toppings then she changed it to her watching her staff make it and she knew that they made it with no toppings. As I asked her for her name she hung up on me!!! She needs to be sent back to school! She certainly does NOT need to be a manager of any sort!!! As far as the food it was cold, salty, and tasted like the deep fryer oil had not been changed in weeks! They are overpriced as it is. The least they could do is be kind to their customers! A paying customer wants what they pay for! I was not asking for any free food I was only asking to make what I had paid for and asked for!

I stopped by yesterday to pick up drinks and food for my kids afterschool and it wasn't until we got home that we saw our chili cheese coneys were smothered in relish (not what we ordered)and my son was missing his corn dog. I returned the food and was greeted by the new store manager, Debbie. She was VERY apologetic and although they were quite busy she put a rush on our replacements and doubled our order. It was pleasant to see a manager actually care about the customer experience!

This is the 3rd time in a row that I’m missing my coney hot. It is not cool. I’m spending $50 every time I go here. Then I call and nobody answers. This is the one on 67th and Glendale, in Glendale Arizona. Never again will I go to this location. Not cool.

I have never ever in my life have visited a Sonic with such wonderful customer service. I've traveled all my life and have been everywhere, from hole in the wall establishments to fine dining. This Sonic is no lie smack in middle of the ghetto. But the employees who work there always have a smile on their face, so polite and fast service. I hope all the young kids who work there read this. If you put as much work and effort at Sonic, then the sky is the limit baby!! May you all prosper in this life time and thank you for being a light in the ghetto. Sonic Glendale holds it down! ?

The Diet Limeade is one of my favorite things to drink. I love the crushed ice and if you get the Route 44 size you can sip on it for hours. It is really refreshing on a hot summer day in Arizona.
I also like the tater tots for a change. Especially when they are fried in fresh oil. They are ecen better when you get the chili and cheese tots.

You guys suck!!! Food was just thrown in the bag upside down and so it leaked everywhere. There was almost no syrup in the drinks and you guys were out of straws. No care towards my food.
Ran buy a bunch of delinquents who can’t read an order for the life of them and not to forget the poor customer service and terrible attitudes and they didnt give me my large fries after I had came all the way back to get my order re made because they can’t read an online order

We have been in this waiting spot for about 20/30 min and I haven’t been had anyone go over the microphone to say anything, not even, we’ll be right with you. Nothing. So disappointing. It’s a hot day and we just wanted something refreshing since we have no ac in the car.

Did a doordash order and received a complete different order. When i attempted to have them redeliver the order Sonic had cancelled the order. So now i am out of a refund but was given credits by Doordash which i did not want.
