Great car hops! Occasionally the person who takes my order is rather rude and sounds irritated that im even ordering. When I ordered a strawberry cream slush they specifically asked me if I wanted whipped cream and I said yes please and this was what they gave me for whipped cream.... nice. Not to mention they even charged me an extra 60 cents for it after she made it seem like it was a normal complimentary addition. NOT COOL.

As a former service worker and server in the restaurant industry, I know how things can be, and in all of my negative experiences, I have never cared to go far enough to leave a negative review. However, I am willing to make an exception for their sassy little carhop, Tray. Here is the acknowledgment you were so desperate for. It’s one thing to not care for your job, I get it. I don’t expect much, serving can suck. But it’s a complete other thing to actually talk back to a customer within 5 seconds. I hurt Tray’s feelings because I didn’t ask him how he was doing. Idk I learned to stop asking after always getting ignored by this new generation of service workers. I guess saying Thank You and leaving extra change as a tip on a mobile, $3 order was also completely out of hand. I apologize. Anyway, it’s my own fault for visiting this location. The staff aren’t always friendly, but it’s closer. The location on 67th and Thunderbird is my favorite, they are always kind and their service is consistent. If I want Sonic I will just make the extra drive to their location.

Just went to this location and ordered $50 worth of food for my family. Burger 🍔 terrible and old tasting. Corn dog was grey in the middle old and hard. Milkshake and fudge sundae the ice cream had a sour milk taste. The pretzel 🥨 was really good. One of the cheese sauces was hard and nasty. Not sure what is going on at this location but I’ve never been to a restaurant and had that many bad items at one time.

It's fast food but that smashed pickle burger is pretty good. I don't recommend the pickle slushy!
I think this location must have a really good manager because the consistency of helpful, young employees can't be random. We've been coming to this location, and I have yet to have a bad experience. Even when an order was wrong that one time, they made it right and found a way to make me smile. Kudos to the leadership team for this location. Your staff does not match other locations. You may very well set the bar. Great job!!!

There was only 1 other car parked in a stall and a few empty cars I assume belonged to staff. I pushed the button and after about 3 minutes no one had responded. The drive through was empty so I left the stall and went there. I told the girl taking the order they I wanted a small Pickle fries and she says what size on the picke fries. I asked for a medium unicorn dream slush and again was asked what size. The car hop was friendly and patient. I have had issues at this location before but it's super close to home so we go sometimes
