Came in 530pm Sunday. I needed 10 large refreshers to go in a hurry for a family who had a relative that just passed away. Your employees picked out the flavors per my request, got everything done quickly and cheerfully, and helped me get it all in my car. The two young guys were especially helpful, and a nice young girl assisted, too. They were all so sweet and so professional. Starbucks should be extremely proud of this crew on Sunday, June 29. Thank you sooo much!!!

Had a mobile order received it halfway full after having extra cold foam and extra milk. I order here often and get this drink all the time and its never looked this bad. Their excuse was because I ordered “less ice” which isnt even true as a Starbucks employee we are supposed to fill it up to the line even if it was light ice. Even if so with it being light ice it should've been filled due to the extra milk and extra coldfoam. When I asked them to remake it I overheard the workers talking about me negatively threw their headsets. And watched them as the guy just filled it up with more milk that just made the coffee taste like surgery milk. This is completely unacceptable and just pathetic customer service. If you guys hate working there so much Quit. Nobody if forcing you guys to work there just to treat customers poorly.

Very disappointing, I’m a regular here and the past couple of times I came my coffee isn’t filled all the way and is filled to the 3rd line on the cup. I finally had enough I went in there and told them and the guy gave me attitude about it then proceeded to fill up the cup with whole milk when my coffee said oat milk. I told him it’s not whole milk and he’s tried to argue with me but I showed him the ticket on the cup and he remade the whole drink. I had to go back in there again cause the drink literally tasted burnt. This is unacceptable especially when I also work at a Starbucks myself and know when the machine tells you when the espresso shot is bad.

Went and picked up a mobile order I placed in the Walmart and was told to wait 5 minutes next time, I said sure but was then accused in the drive through window that I ALWAYS place a mobile order and pick up right away. This is not true as my main order method is always in store or at drive through. If you want to educate customers on how long to wait, just ask politely. Accusing them of doing it all the time is ridiculous especially when I can show in my app order history that this was a blatant lie. Rude service and didn't even try to resolve my complaint at the Windows, just started taking next order.

I went to this location earlier this week and I have never received such an awful customer service from the 2 young ladies that attended me. They were blatantly rude and they gave me my pumpkin spiced latte not even fully filled. For reference, I usually go to the 83rd and Thunderbird Starbucks and their service is 10 times better. This Starbucks needs to do better. I am never coming back to this location again.
