It’s Thanksgiving Day and I understand that it’s busy but there drinks are horrible today I got 5 different coffees today and there all watered down and flavorless, any other day I’ve gone they are great never had a issue. The team isn’t so great with working under pressure..

Long story kind of short. I get the same thing here every morning. It takes less than 10 minutes but today it took 30. I told the manager I couldn’t wait that long and asked for a refund to which she refused. I then asked for a free item the next time I visited to which she refused. She was rude from the very start of our interaction for no reason. If that is Starbucks idea of customer service, I will never visit this or any other Starbucks store again.

My mom has been coming here since this location opened and she has never had a problem with the employees until Jordan she makes faces, gives my mom a hard time and always makes her coffee wrong at this point I’m starting to think she’s raist or has something against my mom. My mom has called the 1800 number many times to report her behavior and all she gets a free coffee or they tell her to call the 1800 number to report a problem it’s becoming ridiculous. If she hates her job so much don’t work there girl. It about time something gets done a free coffee isn’t what my mom is looking for. SMH.

I have tried this Starbucks over and over but I’m always disappointed. My experience has been horrible. The coffee is always wrong and I order the same thing consistently. I changed to the one on 31st and Peoria over a year ago, and they get it right every single time. I try every couple weeks to see if there is a difference, but nothing changes. I won’t be going back. I will drive the extra distance to ensure my order is correct and for good customer service.
