Seriously, I cannot sign into the Starbucks app. I’ve had many many baristas try I’ve called customer service. Nobody can figure out why I cannot choose a country and without choosing a country you can’t use the app so therefore I can’t use the app. But this Starbucks has gone above and beyond and literally tried to help me with my phone calling customer service to try and get Me app help. Not only that but they’re friendly quick and I love going to the Starbucks. It’s my favoriteof all the 50 million Starbucks I got.

I recently lost my Diamond ring here and upon returning to ask if it was found, indeed it was! The manager had found it weeks before and put it in the safe in hopes someone would return to claim it! I returned on a fluke and I’m astounded at the honest, caring person he is!

Ordered a drink at counter, person taking order repeated back to me. Quad iced espresso cold foam with whole milk in grande cup…picked up. Quad iced espresso with milk… not what I ordered. Person says”well that’s what it says”. No, oh, no problem I can make it right for you or let me fix that…. Solid service there.

I usually never take the time to leave reviews but racism needs to end. Let’s just start by, I do not look “white”, I arrived at this Starbucks, walked in and ordered. It was only myself and a small group which I took a seat near to, elderly Caucasian couple that felt the need to say, “They should really take peoples names here” immediately after I ordered. The older lady continues her passive aggressive verbal racism due to her own insecurities and self loathing, of course, which by then I finally received my room temperature Americano. I head outside to two other women waiting right next to my car. I’m thinking they just parked nearby and nothing of it, I say “good morning” they circle my car and take photos?? I go back inside to return the Americano and come back only to more racism as they head into Starbucks. I don’t know what is going on at this location but corporate management might need to come in for a retraining. I live in the gorgeous neighborhood nearby and will never go to this Starbucks again and will make sure all of my well to do friends hear about this, END RACISM.
Apparently you need a code to use their restroom now. I came in to make a purchase but also needed to use the facilities... didn't appreciate being told I had to be a paying customer to use the restroom. After making my purchase I wasn't given the code, luckily an employee was coming in from taking out the trash and gave it to me. I've lived in this neighborhood since 1999, it left me with a lot of questions...

This is our stand by Starbucks as it is right down the road. It is always great. order on the app, park in the 10 minute parking, and run in for your coffee. Easy and yummy! I wish they would open a little earlier, tho. my husband works summer hours, which requires him to leave by 415, so we have to drive to another location after the gum at 330am

I've been to a lot of Starbucks frequently. But this one is the best. Everyone is really friendly. They know my name they know my drink. And the manager helped me out Monday. I won't say why cause it was my circumstances. But I wound up getting a drink. I went in today to pay for that drink. And the manager told me, oh, that's no problem, it's already been taken care of. Wow you guys are the best ! Thank you
