I always order caramel macchiato from star bucks this store the only one they dont put enough caramel sooo lil .. i complaine about it and they still didnt care and they said the other locations which is all is wrong and she is the right one so disappointed .. i pay 8 $ and they cant put enough caramel thats cheap and so bad

I very seldom go to a walk-in Starbucks because I hate that packed-in feeling that some of the stores have but this one was very efficient in moving the orders out so customers weren't waiting too long. The folks who work there were friendly and helpful even though they were very busy!

My go to Starbucks near work. They are normally incredibly busy being close to Midwestern but have never had an issue with waiting an extended period of time for any food or drinks. The staff is incredibly friendly and works well together to get orders out quickly.

English muffin sandwich was a little chewier than expected & if you are a long time patron, I think we should all agree the atmosphere is not what it used to be. But this location had exceptional service! I attribute that to a couple more mature workers than is usual lately.
Love this Star B location!!! Quick,friendly and upbeat! Salted caramel cold foam cold brew is my go to!

The person taking my 12 year old son’s order made it very difficult and confusing for him when he was trying to order a small blended peppermint mocha. We received our food and tea promptly but never received the peppermint mocha. When we were done with the food, i went to the pickup area and asked about his drink. Not one of the 3 people standing there even looked at me or acknowledged me. A few seconds late one said was it a cafe order. A few seconds one said it’s here in the mobile orders. At this point I am frustrated so I say, “oh, gosh”, not loud but frustrated. Then one of the employees who didn’t look at me ir acknowledge me the entire time, yet was the closest to me says “have a nice day” sarcastically, as if I am the wrong. I have been coming here for years and have never been treated like this. I have noticed that someone is always making sure the mobile orders are in check but nobody seems to care if you receive your entire cafe order. Different people bring out different items and don’t see that you get everything.

Went in yesterday after going to a Safeway starbucks. God bless that girl from Safeway, but she must have been new. Three tries and the sweet cream cold brew was still completely off color and tasted so weird. I felt so bad I took it and went to this starbucks at 59th and union hills. The girl there remade it perfectly in a minute. Great customer service!

One this that this location knows how to do is to FCK UP YOUR DAMN DRINK!!! I get shaken espresso every day and i try to avoid this location as much as i can but unfortunately i live close to this one so on the weekends i end up getting some here and get coffee in Scottsdale WHICH HAS THE BEST LOCATION! This place needs to shut down!!! Staffs have disgusting attitude when you call them out on a drink they fckup!

Kasia the store manager is amazing. She runs a great team and is the best at talking to her customers. Store is always clean organized her partners are always super nice and respectful. Food and coffee is A+ as well

I tend to order through my app, but on my trip here I did that and ended up adding something else when I got here. I love books, and they have a mini library set up in the corner. I don't spend much time inside, I like to grab my items and go, but I could see the perks of hanging out here. They even have a couple places to sit outside if you choose. The service is good and so is the atmosphere.
