The drinks and foods are the same as any of the Starbucks I have been to. Staff was nice as their usual. BUT——. Sadly the restaurant was dirty. Dusty. The bathrooms at this location were filthy, period. I checked them both. The indoor dining area was also dirty. Tables with food and dried drink spillage. Napkins, paper and pieces of cellophane on tables and floor. 4 people behind the counter. Not busy. No new customers. No one came out to sweep the floors or wipe down tables. Made me wonder what is exactly clean…. Hmmm

There was no one in line and about 10 people working. Took 10 minutes for someone to ring us up- and all we wanted was one food item. Will never go in there again unless I am trying to waste time and even then it would be annoying. If you have mobile orders- you still need to serve the people who are actually in the store.

The sweetest girl Carrie helped us today and made my daughter's day by congratulating her for her birthday and giving her a complimentary drink but aside from that, she was so nice to us and was smiling all the time. Way to go Carrie!

Anytime I come here there's never anyone in line but they just always stand there like making me wait to order for no reason... And then take forever to make the drinks..

Drinks have been consistently inconsistent unfortunately I was a barista for over 5 years, so I know what a simple latte tastes like. Wish they trained there employees to know how each drink is made and should taste like regardless of them liking the drink themselves or not.

I ordered Mango Dragon Fruit light ice, no water, extra dragon fruit. And a pink drink and some pastry. The pink drink is all foam. The taste is different. The color of the two dragonfruit doesnt match. It taste like its all water. I ordered no water. I asked her why the drinks doesn't match, she said maybe its the amount of ice. I ordered light ice. The girl didnt look like she wants to be there. Do something or close down.
Just the other day me and my mother went in to get a coffee and I had a bad experience with one of the workers but it was only towards me she is the manager at Starbucks I noticed she is always rude to one particular race I hope some has a talk with her I managed to get her name which is Emily and the other worker is Dana

Near close of day.... I was waiting in checkout line....checker refused to wait on me. Told me twice I needed to go to self checkout. I guess these idiots don't realize they're making their job obsolete!
