So I come here off and on through out the years. It does not have the vibe it had in the past. Mainly the workers don't seem happy to be here, or at least they aren't as good as faking it as the past workers. There is a particular gentleman named Aaron that stands out. He is always curt and sometimes rude. I don't understand how he continues to work there when he seems very unhappy. Other than that, the drinks are good, and they come out pretty quickly and the food is your typical starbucks fare.

This has been my favorite Starbucks for 16 years that I have lived in this neighborhood. The cafe is unmatched in Friendliness and Customer Service from the Management and every Barista!

I love the outdoor seating, especially on cloudy days. The interior seating is ok for its limited space.
So, here’s my personal take on this place. I’ve been coming here for the past 10 years and have noticed there are a few “bad characters” that set the tone. I’ve noticed there are some people, I’m guessing the shift supervisor, as I am an ex-partner myself, that set the tone. Someone named “Kathy” is probably at the bottom of the list. She never acknowledges until she is finished with what we task, and when she does it’s with the worst attitude. A monotone and blank stare. It’s unfortunate, since she’s been at this location for a very long time.
There are a few crew members who are great and show they care for service.
Doubt anything will change. I visit the location for the outside seating.
I went to this location twice now, and the employees are very rude and unkind. The quality of their food isn’t great either. Just all around the atmosphere seems very snooty and uptight. I will not be going to this location again. I’ll stick to my normal Starbucks that I go to, they are kind, positive, and the atmosphere is comfortable. Everybody that works at this location looks miserable. It took somebody five minutes to look at me at the register, just to be very rude and obnoxious. The Starbucks definitely needs training on Customer Service.
I work at the AlphaMeD a few doors down so I order from here almost every day. This store is always efficient, friendly, and top quality. I usually do mobile orders which they always finish before the estimated time. Thanks for keeping me caffeinated!
A nice place to chill, yes, you have to order something.
I'm a traveling RN so I go to several different Starbucks locations a week and this is the first time I have felt the need to review one. I hadn't been going to this location because it doesn't have a drive thru but it's the closest to my home so I started trying them about a month ago. I have never seen such unkind employees. I don't expect much, but they don't respond at all to hi, thank you anything. No biggie, I can live with that, but my issue is they have made my drink wrong three times now, same mistake for something very simple, and that part is NOT a big deal as obviously stuff happens. The problem is that all three times, with three different employees, when I pointed it out very nicely because I'm an over apologizer anyway, they all three grabbed it without looking at me, made a face, no apology or even an acknowledgement (and even worse acted like I did something wrong) then proceeded to wordlessly hand me the remade drink. I dont need to be gushed over here lol but when I am profusely thanking them or apologizing that they have to fix THEIR mistake and I get a blank or dirty look and not even a sorry or you're welcome in return, it truly bums me out. It's not hard to pretend you're even a touch happy or kind and it makes a big difference. Back to 75th and Aspera for us as they at least attempt to muster up the energy to pretend they don't hate you.
bad location, employees will close down early if they feel like it.
They have a large say saying they're open on Christmas as if that's something to be proud of.

I just watched Cathy (Cat) and Annie make multiple peoples day. Interaction between staff and clients is AMAZING. Can’t think of a better way to start my days. Kudos to the staff and Management for making this the best Starbucks In town.

Delivery drivers asked to ensure order is complete then item is often missing, like customer noted when ordering. We don’t want to open bags but when a customer asks us to and something is indeed missing we certainly don’t want staff at restaurant to tell us their policy of remaking order because we opened the bag, not our problem. Orders should be complete before sealing bags not us drivers losing pay for deliveries missing items, driving back doubling our mileage on already often low paying orders, or getting bad reviews when customer means to leave review for restaurant staff. Triple check yourselves!
