Purchased a Venti but felt light. Could not drink till I got home 5 min later. Opened before drinking and seen it was missing a lot of coffee. Like they gave me a grande in a venti cup and filled the rest with whipped cream. The whipped cream was shrinking and this what was left .

The customer service at this Starbucks is unbelievably dismal the women working the stand has an absolutely horrible attitude. I get that working in a Starbucks in a grocery store might not be that fun but simple request when given politely shouldn't be an issue yet it seems like we asked her to move mountains by simply existing near her. Guest shouldn't be made to feel guilty for asking for something within the scope of their job.

Horrible service. Staff looked like they haven't walked their clothes in a month. Didn't even look like work clothes for Starbucks or grocery store. I didn't know she even worked there. Lady looked pissed off that I was even there to get a coffee. Stood there for about 10 minutes and never even got an order taken. Never had that service at any Starbucks before. Won't try getting a coffee there again. Maybe if it's different staff.

The worker Sydney working today seems to hate her job and is always slamming equipment around and constantly distracted by the frys workers walking by. If she paid more attention to her job and possibly enjoyed working in the field the customers would have a better experience and this location would have better reviews. The coffee quality is still the same but you don’t get the excited chipper experience as you would at other locations. If I didn’t have a gift card I would’ve never gone here.

I go to shopping at Frys a few times a week. Usually on Saturdays I like to treat myself. Every single time I go there are 3 girls that work there in particular that are incredibly rude and put out whenever anyone walks up. The tall blonde girl is the probably the rudest and put out. Please get people working there that enjoy their job. I understand that there are also rude customers but try and be nice to the ones that try to be pleasant instead of acting put out by every single customer that walks up.

This is the third time that I am coming to this location and this the time that they don’t have the caramel ribbon crunch. They never have the ingredients for the drink. I am not getting Starbucks here again.

This location doesn't have their usual selection of cold pressed juice which sucked. The tables weren't clean. The service was amiable though. The drinks were your standard fare of overpriced coffee.

Everytime I go here the girls that work here either are on their phones in the corner or giving an attitude because you are ordering. Aryanna today stood in the corner behind the pastry case and was texting for at least 3 minutes before she noticed I was standing there. Took my order but didn't speak to me, didn't ask if that was all nothing. After I paid just walked away. Janine? Was super pleasant and was trying to multitask while her co-worker was busy texting. I know some customers are rude but there is no reason to treat everyone like they are an inconvenience :( Kudos to Janine tho!
