Do not use mobile ordering if visiting this location. They have a new system and it is not working. The staff were apologetic, but it was a debacle. As staff explained it to me, they just installed this new system that somehow “prioritizes” the drink orders. So my cold brew came out six minutes before my black iced tea? How does that make any sense at all? The barista said she “pushed my order through” when she realized how frustrated I was getting. She thanked me for my patience like three times but I was not being patient… Not at all. Would have been in and out of there in a fraction of the time had I just done the drive-through instead of trying to be efficient and order ahead.

Was in the drive through about 3:10. Watched the barista put his hand all over the lid of my drink including the sipping part even resting it there while he put in another order. I asked him politely if I could have a new lid and he did it again!!! Ended up not drinking it until I could get a new cup at home without a dirty lid.

45 min wait in drive thru lane because management decides to close dining once again and on Mothers Day!! This place is managed horribly, other issues that I won’t mention.

I would love to have a talk with whoever made my order today. Pink drink had a SPLASH of coconut milk in it…… separates immediately after being stirred. I’m used to them separating a bit after sitting for a couple minutes, but after one stir it’s perfect again. There’s literally chunks of coconut milk flying out into my car whenever I stir it…… gross. My sandwiches…. BURNT!! I had to have ordered some of the easiest things to make on the menu… whoever is on coldbar needs to be monitored & whoever’s heating up food needs to stay out of kitchens for the rest of their life.

Consistently REFUSE to make your coffee how you order it and snotty if you ask for it to be re-done. In the 30 years I've been a patron and 20+ yrs stock holder this is by far been in the top 2 worst locations in the continent. For 3 years this has been the most frustrating store and of course I have the good fortune of it being my closest location. When the new manager came in some of the bad attitudes changed but overall this is bad energy location and they rarely can make a drink to order correctly.

Waited in drive-thru line 20 mins for the most disgusting Iced peppermint mocha I've ever had..!! 🤢 7$ for a GROSS coffee... This place SUCKS!!

Placed an online order. Successfully went through. I got to Starbucks and there was an empty cup with the label on it on the to go station. I asked why it was empty and the associate looked to make the drink, then informed me they couldn't make the drink properly. No offer to refund or any way to take care of it just a "I can try to make it and it will taste different". Thanks Starbucks.

Had attempted to pick up coffee grounds at 2 other Starbucks locations with no luck 😔 Called this location on Happy Valley and 39th Ave… they were so cheerful and said they had 1 bag… when I pulled through the drive thru they had 2 (TWO) bags waiting for me❣️My plants will be so happy 🌱 THANK YOU for your service and smiles!

Last month I went to the drive-thru. When I got to the window I only got half my food I ordered and four of the five drinks I ordered were the wrong drinks. When I went inside to get the matter corrected I was told that they were out of food that I ordered but they still charged me for it. Counter person was actually really nice I thought and he gave me a gift card to make up for it. When I went back to use the gift card I found out he gave me a blank. Absolute worst rip-off. Good job guys! You're straight up liars and thieves.
