Usually a good experience. Today however, when I arrived to pick up my pre-ordered coffee, it wasn’t good. I walked in, I saw my coffee, I went to the barista and gave my name. She scanned the coffees sitting on the bar, said nothing, and went back to making coffees and handing out coffees. After standing there and waiting for 5 minutes, she asked for my name again. I gave her my name and she gave me my coffee which was sitting there the whole time. What kind of service...read full review
