Came at 7:40 PM and was told they were already closed, even though the posted hours say they’re open until 8 PM. Staff were inside cleaning. If you close at 8, that should mean serving customers until 8—not shutting down early. Disappointing experience, won’t be coming back.

I have went multiple times after getting off of work trying to use the drive thru & they are closed early. I'm not complaining about a few minutes, i usually arrive at 7:45pm or earlier! I tried going in the lobby & the employees stare at you through a locked door. I guess I will find elsewhere to get coffee.

I bought a venti caramel Frappuccino from here and they were fine until i tasted the drink and it was rancid. Like the milk was sour, so when I returned and reasonably asked for a remake. They started talking shit behind the counters like I couldn’t hear it and showed crazy attitude when asking if I wanted whip cream and caramel. To make things worse, the re-made drink was still ass so I just tossed it and got out. Place is garbage -7 / 10

Uber delivery.. "Morning shift" Bunch unprofessional girls, they never have customers orders ready every time you come you end up waiting for 10-15 minutes. I probably canceled 15 deliveries because of these guys Hey thank you for that.. I have kids to feed and bills to pay.. You get paid to do your job just Do It and stop profiling PPL stupido ?✌️

Nice Starbucks for being inside a grocery store! They always have a bunch of the seasonal cups and tumblers. Friendly staff. Quickly make drinks and always correct. Conveniently located right at checkout.

Usually a good experience. Today however, when I arrived to pick up my pre-ordered coffee, it wasn’t good. I walked in, I saw my coffee, I went to the barista and gave my name. She scanned the coffees sitting on the bar, said nothing, and went back to making coffees and handing out coffees. After standing there and waiting for 5 minutes, she asked for my name again. I gave her my name and she gave me my coffee which was sitting there the whole time. What kind of service is that??!! I have a name for people like that....
