The drive-through service here is consistently slow. I’ve come several times hoping for a better experience, but the wait is always around 10–20 minutes.

I am writing this review with genuine concern about what occurred at the Starbucks located at 5905 W Olive Ave, Glendale, AZ 85302. During my visit, I experienced one of the worst customer service encounters I’ve ever had at any Starbucks or any establishment, for that matter. Two employees, one of whom refused to provide her name when asked, were unprofessional, dismissive, and confrontational. My drink was intentionally withheld from me, and I was treated in a manner that felt discriminatory and targeted.
What’s more alarming is that shortly after this visit, I noticed suspicious activity on my Starbucks Rewards account, including points being redeemed without my knowledge. I have strong reason to believe that someone from this location may have accessed and used my account fraudulently. This goes beyond poor service this is a matter of customer privacy and theft. I felt unsafe, unwelcome, and genuinely shocked by how I was treated. If this is how customers are being handled at this store, Starbucks corporate must investigate immediately. This is not just about a bad drink or rude employee it’s about possible internal theft, racial bias, and a complete breakdown in professional standards. I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly urge others to be cautious. I have submitted a formal complaint to Starbucks Customer Service and expect this matter to be reviewed seriously.

So I came here to get a coffee, nothing fancy, just black coffee with cream.
I ordered, paid (tip included) and I was told by the cashier my order will be ready in a minute.
I was seating, waiting while looking at my phone. Waited 20 minutes, nothing with my name on it. Imagine, there were literally only one or two people after me and the drive through was light.
So I went to the cashier and asked for my order, she was confused. I have to remind her my order, then she run and bring me a coffee in a big cup (not what I ordered) and offered me a treat since I waited long, I declined. And the coffee taste tastes was terrible. I have to just throw it in a garbage. Waste of time a money. Better visiting QT, cheaper and better coffee, avoid this place if not Starbucks in general.

Cassandra was very rude. Asked why my drink was only half full and she told me that I didn’t come with lemonade or water. Which is odd to me because I ordered a venti dragon fruit refresher with NO lemonade or water. Paying $7 for a drink that’s half full is insane! I work hard for the stuff I want and to be served a half empty cup was awakening to me. Bye Starbucks! Hello Dutch Brothers!
They gave me my drink half full and refused to fill it up. They told me it supposed to be like that?

I’ve been coming to this specific location for 3 years now and EVERY TIME their customer service is always great. Everyone is always so welcoming. But today I specifically dealt with JEN - while I was waiting for my order she was talking with me and I felt like I knew her my whole life lololllll. Not only that. They always make my drinks right 🤣🤣🤣 love this location 💋
Employee got very annoyed with me because I asked for him to write a name for me of the person that payed for my coffee on my cup. He ruined my cute moment over something they are suppused to do for every customer anyways they write on everyone’s cup.

Came here to see if service was any better than my usual location. It wasnt. Waited in a very long line, just for my Frappuccinos to be completely watery and the coffees tasted very bitter. The worker wasnt friendly at the window Didnt go back around since the line was even longer than when i got there.
