I spent over 30 min waiting for my drink just for it to be made wrong. Waited a while for them to remake it and they still made it wrong. I’ve been to this Starbucks before and they usually get it right but how are you going to mess up twice. My morning was ruined and wasted. Honestly feels like they made it wrong on purpose, first coffee don’t taste like it had any syrup and then the second one I got remade had like no espresso, brown sugar and full of syrup. And what’s with asking for light ice and they fill the whole cup.

I ordered a caramel crème brûlée latte, but the drink I received was half full and consisted mostly of whipped cream rather than coffee. When the barista handed me the cup, it felt unusually light, and upon pulling over to check, I confirmed the drink was not prepared correctly.
Big disappointment with this experience. I don’t plan on returning to this location.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this Starbucks location really needs better management. The baristas seem untrained and overwhelmed, and it shows in the service. I don’t blame the girls working I blame the store manager or whoever is supposed to be leading this team. My orders are consistently wrong, and the experience is frustrating every time. I’d rather drive an extra 10 minutes to another location just to get my order done correctly. This store definitely needs improvement.

Absolutely love this location! Drinks are always perfect and service is efficient. Kalei and Joseph were especially amazing tonight, they gave my mom and I excellent customer service, they were so sweet and made us feel very welcome and appreciated after a long day. 🙌🏽💚

Worst service. Cirkcle k has better service than this place joseph was more focused on gossiping and flirting with the other guy that works there. He got mad at us because he messed up our order. Could not provide us with a receipt for the order that would be cancel stated it would just be voided.

The absolute worst Starbucks in the area avoid like the plague should be closed. Even when not busy they take FOREVER and the customer service is non existent do better it’s just coffee
First time I have ever been profiled or treated like this in my life. Stopped at door and asked if my dog was service dog yes he is. Second tried to go to the bathroom before I ordered I was asked if I intend to purchase anything here in a very condescending tone. I said yes…. By a manager named Matty hmm I’m clean I don’t look homeless and I had my laptop bag with me….
