It feels like they don’t want to work there. The orange hair girl doesn’t know how to do the drinks, I ordered a caramel crunch frapp and it has no whip at the bottom I asked and they were like it mixes in. It was liquidy not a frapp. She doesn’t know how to the whip. Do better yall.

I would give it zero stars but I can’t. The workers are incredibly rude, and do not want to do their job. I asked for waters and they charged me for FREE waters. I got 3 and so I ended up buying food to get the waters, and when they came out after what felt like forever they did not give me a carrier which was annoying but fine, but when I asked for one because I do not have 3 hands to carry them, they rudely and silently just tossed the carrier towards me.

This Starbucks it absolutely wack I ask for a water cup and I’ve been at least waiting for 20 minutes and it’s not packed at all

They exchange looks every time you don’t tip & you can tell their service is based on the tip. Their tip set up also gives the option of 20% or 25% which is very high compared to all other locations and yes I get you can do a custom tip but from a consumer perspective it feels very demanding, even more so when you can see they get upset if you’re not tipping.

It was almost astonishing how bad everyone is at their jobs... On the weekends, weekday crew is great. I'm not going to name people but I would just buy it at a gas station for this quality and make it myself
