They exchange looks every time you don’t tip & you can tell their service is based on the tip. Their tip set up also gives the option of 20% or 25% which is very high compared to all other locations and yes I get you can do a custom tip but from a consumer perspective it feels very demanding, even more so when you can see they get upset if you’re not tipping.

It was almost astonishing how bad everyone is at their jobs... On the weekends, weekday crew is great. I'm not going to name people but I would just buy it at a gas station for this quality and make it myself

when i was placing my order, the lady kept talking to her friends while taking my order. then they forgot my drink. the customer service seemed childish to me

According to the app I get free refills. Some lady with white hair refused me my refill h tried to charge me the full price. I am posting this on every social media platform that I use. This is completely BS! She needs to be fired!
