I am so upset and I am normally a pretty reasonable person because I work in customer service industry too. First, I had to look for them inside the mall and they are tucked inside 2nd floor inside of Macy's by the bedroom section. I had to ask around and then it was 7:15pm and they close at 8pm but they wont make my frappuccino because they were "already cleaning the kitchen". I needed one more frapp purchase to complete my bonus stars challenge and today is the last day but they still said no... so I had to drive out of the mall to the nearest starbucks because they refuse to make my drink when they had 45mins left before they actually close.. Thats such a bad customer service! I get it if its 10mins before close but 45mins before close?! Ridiculous!

We were walking around the second floor Housewares section at Macy's and we were absolutely dumbfounded and flabbergasted when we started to smelled coffee. Where was it coming from? Was their coffee maker display somewhere? Did someone spill coffee somewhere? No! This Macy's actually has a mini-kiosk with a Barista. Hey, it came in very handy since we were tired of shopping for things for our new house. This is your standard Starbucks setup and they accept your scan-card or iPhone App. The shortcoming is there is only two seats. But this was a wonderful surprise, so thank you Macy's for thinking outside the, er box.

when i was placing my order, the lady kept talking to her friends while taking my order. then they forgot my drink. the customer service seemed childish to me
According to the app I get free refills. Some lady with white hair refused me my refill h tried to charge me the full price. I am posting this on every social media platform that I use. This is completely BS! She needs to be fired!

This location is cool. Closes a bit early, but if you make it in time and want coffee, it's a convenient stop on the upper level of Macy's in the housewares section. I've gotten coffee here twice. Staff can be a little green but very sweet.

The manager was the worst manager I ever encountered at Starbucks. This time around the holidays I think is all about giving and being nice with each other. I nicely asked for a favor if they can split a venti coffee in 2. It was around 5pm so my mom and I wanted just to share a coffee, we couldn’t drink a full size one. When I asked the favor at other Starbucks they were super nice to honor the request. This time I received a very mean look and cold answer NO WE CAN’T. I am a manager myself and tells me no lack of customer service skills and negative attitude. Very sad to see Starbucks hires people with this type of negative attitude especially around the holidays. After this experience the two grandes I finally ordered and paid for did not taste great as they normally do. Very sad to experience this at this time of year.
