I am a regular to this location inside Albertsons. In the past 4 months this location has gone to shit. Let me be clear, it’s not the employees fault, but clearly the Albertsons Management does not care about this entity inside its store: these workers were forced to work while standing in no less than an inch of water while electric outlets were exposed, due to the fact this place has not been updated or even looked at since they added it things are falling apart, they finally broke down and got them a new espresso machine however since getting it, it has been down more than it’s been working. They are starting to remind me of the McDonald s ice cream machine… always down. When you complain tk Albertsons store management they clearly have the mindset of deflect and defer. Other don’t even hide the fact that they could care less. Some mornings (when the machine is working) there is a long line and only one employee. when you ask why there’s not more help, they advise there isn’t enough payroll to have more than one until later in the morning. While I love a good frappachino it’s not my drink of choice first thing in the morning. There are 4 other Starbucks within a 2-3 mile radius and I choose this one because the employees are nice and they remember and typically have my order ready before I even order some mornings. However if Albertsons (whom I assume is responsible for managing and upkeeping this location) can’t put forth some effort to maintain it properly then like the 6 other people who just walked out (causing a loss of both business and revenue)then I’ll be forced to take myself with those people to the fry’s down the street where I ultimately will end up doing my regular shopping at too as it’s mundane to go to multiple places whe I’m already there. I call upon you to step up and fix this location according to Albertsons quarterly reports your already loosing money and watching people walk out because you can’t spend a few hundred bucks to properly upkeep your equipment is probably the reasoning for the drop in sales overall. Get it together Albertsons, don’t be the next company on the bankruptcy list because you can’t step up and manage things properly.
I never get a bad latte from this location! And the staff are all so sweet. Alice was very kind
My mom and I stopped in on 10/28 but are super indecisive. Emely was patient as we figured out our orders and even decided to prepare a small sample so my mom could make sure she liked her drink. Thanks for going the extra mile and the kind service, we appreciated it!

I ordered a cafe mocha from the menu. You have to specify you want a large or the barrister will order a venti (3.00 more) it came to 7$!!! Traveling Glendale to DC every year, this outlet in Albertsons was the most I spent for my coffee in the country. Way to go! That's something! All other barristers asked what size, and not automatically charge for a venti. Unbelievable! I was ordering for someone that had been unhoused that was sitting at a table.
Love this location staff is friendly manager has been here forever and remembers faces and drinks even if its been awhile since you been in. Drinks are always consistent they always taste amazing not burnt or to much milk or to sweet . Always enjoy my drink from this location. Very clean store as well.
I asked for a hot expresso and the Coffee was Cold and very bad flavor...

Blended drinks were not blended, whole ice cubes were inside. $3+ for a single cake pop is robbery! Friendly staff.
I was a loyal Starbucks customer for 28 years. Not anymore! Politics aside, the corporation should remain neutral on politics.I am a special diet called keto. I usually head in the mornings to Albertsons deli on Cactus and 51st ave for a small portion of meats to consume at the store. I have done this for about 2 years at this location on Saturday and or Sunday mornings. The baristas that work there are rude do not acknowledge your presence. Many a time I initiate pleasantries like, " good- morning"I am totally ignored. They are on their smartphones listening to pandora and texting. They so lazy and never clean the tables either.
When someone says no substitutions, it means no substitutions. Every order this store insists on sending subs when I have requested them repeatedly not to. Every time we get useless food that we are allergic to, or a different size or brand that is more expensive than what we ordered. Today I ordered $9 of ground beef that was subbed with a $22 package. When items are listed as out of stock, and there are always lots, the total goes down but the driver tip remains the same. Today, I got $250 worth of groceries. The tip was for over $325. They refuse to put produce in the produce bags, and stick the packing label directly on the produce, always damaging it. I frequently receive rotten produce as well. Often the stickers are used to cover moly spots. I am disabled. I literally have a fractured neck and torn shoulder right now. Today the driver dropped all of my groceries 20 feet from my front door in the sun. Never rang the doorbell. Lucky for me I have a ring camera that alerted me that he was here. I paid for a year of Fresh Pass, so now I feel trapped in using this store. I have to have delivery right now. Too bad it's always disheartening.
Nobody at the stand, long wait before anybody bothered to come make coffee
