Again, absolutely amazing things to say about the workers. Jason has recently taken over as manager and I have seen him be extremely rude to customers as well as the workers who have been here long before he was. It seems very rude and the workers seem severely uncomfortable working with him and it is uncomfortable being a customer with him there yelling at them...

Blended drinks were not blended, whole ice cubes were inside. $3+ for a single cake pop is robbery! Friendly staff.

I was a loyal Starbucks customer for 28 years. Not anymore! Politics aside, the corporation should remain neutral on politics.I am a special diet called keto. I usually head in the mornings to Albertsons deli on Cactus and 51st ave for a small portion of meats to consume at the store. I have done this for about 2 years at this location on Saturday and or Sunday mornings. The baristas that work there are rude do not acknowledge your presence. Many a time I initiate pleasantries like, " good- morning"I am totally ignored. They are on their smartphones listening to pandora and texting. They so lazy and never clean the tables either.

When someone says no substitutions, it means no substitutions. Every order this store insists on sending subs when I have requested them repeatedly not to. Every time we get useless food that we are allergic to, or a different size or brand that is more expensive than what we ordered. Today I ordered $9 of ground beef that was subbed with a $22 package. When items are listed as out of stock, and there are always lots, the total goes down but the driver tip remains the same. Today, I got $250 worth of groceries. The tip was for over $325. They refuse to put produce in the produce bags, and stick the packing label directly on the produce, always damaging it. I frequently receive rotten produce as well. Often the stickers are used to cover moly spots. I am disabled. I literally have a fractured neck and torn shoulder right now. Today the driver dropped all of my groceries 20 feet from my front door in the sun. Never rang the doorbell. Lucky for me I have a ring camera that alerted me that he was here. I paid for a year of Fresh Pass, so now I feel trapped in using this store. I have to have delivery right now. Too bad it's always disheartening.

Worst experience ever. The girl in front didn't even greet me and when I asked about the macchiato with caramel, she acted like she doesn't know they have it. Not much help at all. Besides from that, she just didn't want to be there at all. This is the second time I came with the same girl giving a fit. I don't know her name but she's short and big and she is the cashier. I stood there for 20 mins bc I wanted to use my rewards and she messed it up and ended up scanning twice and use up my rewards. She finally canceled it and return my money back but the rewards Went through and I didn't really understand what was happening and she said "it doesn't really matter because I returned your money" and basically just tell me to grab the drinks and go. The manager need to have a serious talk with this girl. It's like she hates her job and you can tell

I’m a regular here and felt inclined to post as the past previous posts on here aren’t accurate. (Probably written by the same angry Karen multiple times). Been going here for over a year and a half and got to know these baristas well. They are really kind and respectful, but if you think you can speak to them however you please, don’t think kindness will or should be returned. They put up with a lot and always do it with a smile; however on my past two visits I had witnessed customers verbally abusing these sweethearts where they kindly let them know if your going to continue to be rude and insult them they will have to rethink serving you. Furthermore, there is usually 1 person at night. So if a barista isn’t in there they are restocking something or you guessed it… being a human, using the bathroom. As someone who worked retail previously and now in real estate agent I understand this completely, but some think retail workers are completely mechanical robots with no human needs. To wrap this up, they make amazing drinks, fast, efficient and friendly, this is what Starbucks is all about!

This is the only Starbucks I don’t feel comfortable ordering at. I’ve been here several times because it’s where I do most my grocery shopping, but I’m just going to switch to Fry’s because at least the baristas in that Starbucks don’t have bad attitudes. The baristas at this Starbucks are (in general) rude, they throw empty containers instead of walking two steps to put them in the sink. They also like to fraternize outside of the Starbucks booth, So you have to wait for them to stop congregating with grocery store employees (Or be alerted by grocery clerks with a “hey woman, you have a customer”) before your order is taken. If I do find myself needing Starbucks before going to Albertsons, I’ll go to the drive thru at 67th and Peoria. Otherwise I’ll just do my shopping at Fry’s from now on.
