I come here usually before work but definitely going to have to switch locations because they never properly mix my matcha in my drink.. it makes it bitter and gross. It sucks because I feel like despite being busy the people who work here are sooo nice! I'd go if you are planning on getting anything besides matcha. I have photos of my drink and time stamp but it wouldn't let me post it on here

Okay so I just came in for an ice water but had no money to purchase anything. So when the staff member who was really nice and sweet about it said it's company policy to be unable to give out a courtesy ice water without purchase. I became upset as I had just spent time heading home in 100 degrees weather and just wanted to something to cool off. So thank you Starbuck for that ridiculous rule because it shouldn't have happened at all.

This cashier (hispanic short girl with a messy ponytail) at 5:04 pm (6733 register 4) tried to jip my 12 year old out of $2:00 in change. What makes it even sadder is she worked all day doing chores and wanted to spend it at Starbucks.
The cashier was even bothered when I challenged her to give my daughter the right change back.

I’ve been a regular at this Starbucks location for a year and the staff is exceptional, where all of them set a high standard. I am grateful they do such a great job because the location is conveniently located near me and my gym.
I came in to study. The staff was having a staff meeting. Which was totally fine. But afterwards the entire staff was being very loud for 30 mintues after the meeting. I could barely hear my friend speak i had to yell just to talk to them. Its very common for customers to come in to study and do work and the entire staff had absolutely no awareness of the customers around them.

Sarah and Zayn went above and beyond this afternoon ! I had a lot of tedious questions and Sarah was extremely sweet and patient while answering everything that I needed. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone as they are always friendly and helpful.
