I try to avoid this location for mobile app orders. The staff are friendly but the orders are consistently wrong for customizations. And they consistently underfill the cup compared to other locations.

I visited this Starbucks plenty of times and the service is usually pretty decent. However, today the service was exceptional! Aiden was polite, professional, and prompt! Our drinks were perfection embodied! What stood out though, is that this young man—Aiden—mistakenly dropped a cup meant for one of our drinks. Without hesitation, nor glance around to see if anyone saw, he picked it up, threw it in the bin, and grabbed a clean cup! I’ve seen other workers at different stores pick up an item from the floor and use it without batting an eye, and getting a new [clean] item is not the common decency others demonstrate! I praised him and thanked him for his integrity! #ItsTheSmallThingsThatMatterMost ?

The Carmel Machiato always gets my day started in the right direction. I don't visit often, but I know when I want good service and a good drink, Starbucks will not let me down. Even when they are busy, they will always give you a smile!
