I usually have a good experience here but today the young lady behind the counter was rude from the get go. She asked what we wanted and I was confused about some of the items on the menu and she had a attitude about it and made me feel rushed. She didn’t say anything and just put our drinks on the counter. Honestly, just rather go to the one by fry’s. She was unpleasant for sure.

I ended up leaving as the service was beyond slow . Wednesday morning 10.30am. One young lady mixing the drinks but the lady at the register was so slow and didn't seem to know what she was doing .

I try to avoid this location for mobile app orders. The staff are friendly but the orders are consistently wrong for customizations. And they consistently underfill the cup compared to other locations.

I visited this Starbucks plenty of times and the service is usually pretty decent. However, today the service was exceptional! Aiden was polite, professional, and prompt! Our drinks were perfection embodied! What stood out though, is that this young man—Aiden—mistakenly dropped a cup meant for one of our drinks. Without hesitation, nor glance around to see if anyone saw, he picked it up, threw it in the bin, and grabbed a clean cup! I’ve seen other workers at different stores pick up an item from the floor and use it without batting an eye, and getting a new [clean] item is not the common decency others demonstrate! I praised him and thanked him for his integrity! #ItsTheSmallThingsThatMatterMost ?
