The employees are always in a bad mood and they roll their eyes, and they're very slow at their job and she doesn't wanna take our order and we waited in line for ever just to see that there is no good. Every time I come always an attitude and rolls her eyes while she is taking are order 🤬🤬 horrible Starbucks.
They are so rude there and they dont smile and sont make you feel welcomed
I was riding to work and decided to stop in and grab a coffee. I set my bike upside down about 5’ from the door, with an unobstructed yet visible view from where I was ordering. Before I could even say good morning a weird looking man jumped over the counter and very aggressively and at an extremely loud voice that was frightening, demanded I move my bicycle away from the building. I nervously explained that my bicycle is not in anyone’s way, it’s outside and the only place I would move it to is inside with me, or it would remain there. He shouted in a deeper manlier voice that it could not be on the sidewalk and needed to be off the property!!! He expressed his explicit desire to call the cops if I didn’t remove it from the property. I again asked him in a trembling whisper, Where else would you recommend I leave it and his response was that it wasn’t his problem or concern. To which I replied, I agree so mind your own business and I will have a medium black coffee. He refused in a very sexually under toned manner, that frankly gave me the creeps. I exclaimed as I decided to return my cash into my wallet while turning to walk away…so you just don’t want to sell coffee. A beautiful woman was entering as I was exiting and she opened the door and held it very politely for me. I asked her if my bike was in her way? She replied “no not at all “ and I said yes I agree with you, thank you. And I went across the street to work with no coffee.
Parking: No place to park a bicycle on the very wide and open sidewalk. And no place within eyesight to lock it up. So I assume you can’t drink coffee if you are doing your part to cut down on carbon emissions and better the air quality by choosing a healthy alternative to commute. Unless you have the new Tesla E Bike. Then you will have a charge port bike station with security guard.

Linda and Cat were so nice and wonderful. It was very clean, and it was a nice and welcoming environment to wait with my coffee and breakfast for a few while my clinic opened to start my shift 😊

Went to frys just to grab a few things before dropping my kids off at school. Stopped in to get a coffee for me and a frap. Was nice to the older lader that just seemed to not want to be at work (if your a human you know that feeling you get when you walk up to a counter). The heavy set women with the rose tattooed on her neck LITERALLY handed me a frap that looked like stired milk with whip cream and Carmel drizzle it was so nasty I'd rather just thrown it out than argue with them (they seemed very ready to have a battle of words) so I just threw it away when I left. Coffee wasn't good tasted bitter and they forgot to put the topping on it. Just was a horrible experience overall will never go there again.

The person making the drinks in my order was very slow and lackadaisical. She kept looking at her phone and texting before she would prepare the orders that were paid for and submitted. The cashier was nice and had to help the other girl out because she had no interest in doing her job or providing customer service. 3 orders were paid for before she started making the first order. Her phone would have still been there after the backlog of customers that were held up. I like Starbucks, but this girl had no business doing anything customer service related. 345 pm ish.335 ish on 5-11-2024….

This location was my favorite until the entire staff changed
Vegetarian options: I believe that there are a couple of food options and several milk alternatives...there is an additional cost

It's pretty sad when a cup of coffee costs more than a gallon of gas

Tell me why this Dinosaur lets me look over the menu , let’s me order my long drink just to tell me they don’t have coffee. You couldn’t have told me you were out of coffee while I was looking instead of looking my up and down like some judgmental southern grandma .

I should know better than to come to an Starbucks. Their service is way too slow and their drinks are getting smaller while the prices higher. The staff acts like you inconvenienced them when you order. Starbucks is honestly overrated.
