Just went through the drive through and the prima donna at the window gave me the wrong order. I had stop turn around go back and walk in and there was only attitude and 0 apology for the mistake. Maybe spend less time complaining to your colleagues about your personal life and actually do your job and with a touch less rude and attitude . Burl!
This Starbucks always provides great customer service and they are fast! Was having a rough morning forgot my wallet and they helped me out!! That's why I always go to Starbucks over other places!

Disappointed with how terrible the drinks I get all the time. Asked for extra ice and seems like they barely put any in it and whip cream… seems like they have me what was left in the can of whip cream. Where’s the caramel drizzle??

This isnt for this location specifically, The food at starbucks just isn't good anymore. The bread is always slightly stale, the grilled cheese doesnt have good cheese anymore, the tomato mozzarella never has enough filling to cover more than half of the sandwich so at least one bite you take is just gonna be 100% bread. Sad 😞

Coffee tasted like bad milk
A small and quiet Starbucks without too many people. I had been there a few times over the months, and there were always plenty of seats with stable internet and cool not cold inside temperature.
