Starbucks

Drinks are NEVER consistent. I order the same thing and 3/5 times it tastes bad. I’m over spending $6 for a drink that tastes like dirty water.

Getting something remade is usually not an option for me. I get hot drinks so usually they are too hot to sip in the drive through AND I get it on my way to work. I do not have time to turn around after I’ve left or go wait in line again.

I’m mainly giving this Starbucks a 3 star because this happens to me multiple times at different locations. The Ice white chocolate mocha is advertise with whip cream, for some reason they never give you some. Although in the Ingredients settings it has it. Another thing is that I’m paying almost $7-9 bucks for a drink that I also added 75 cents worth of Carmel to only get a little drizzled on top. Does Starbucks not pay their employees enough to do a simple job ? Seriously what kinda sick game is this ?

Beautiful people with contagious positive auras. They’re all very attentive and not to mention they make amazing drinks EVERY TIME <3 would give ten stars if I could.

Starbucks seems to rely on its reputation more than keeping it. Not any better experience than a regular fast food place just a little better quality food.

Filth filth filth. No gloves fingers in everything. 1 second rinses that don’t remove anything from the containers. Speed??? They are fast moving but inefficient. 15 orders for online… but the one in-store customer, with a tea, has to wait till the online orders are completed. 13 minutes for a venti iced green tea. BE BETTER!

I usually enjoy this Starbucks, but today my drink came out completely wrong. It was served in two separate layers instead of being mixed together, which really affects both the flavor and texture. (See photo.) I’m a former Starbucks partner of 10 years, so I know exactly how this drink should be made—and this isn’t it. When I order a drink, I expect it to be prepared correctly and ready to enjoy, not something I have to fix myself. Disappointing experience this time.

Editing my response due to Starbucks response:
Most people do not have time to go either back in or to another location to have something remade. I had already experienced a nearly 10 minute wait in the drive thru. Definitely not an ideal situation or response.

Starbucks coffee is just disgusting and it’s literally different every single time even if I order the same thing. I keep giving it a chance but nope I’m done.
