The place is wonderful very clean customer service I like it very much they treat you like a you are part of the family they're super sweet the cookers very nice but the customers I totally recommend this place I've been already two times and I definitely like it I recommend it is very clean the prices is so very accessible is very good food chili beans are homemade they are so delicious Bruce Paul and Brooke are very nice with the customer service bring your family to this restaurant thank you so much

Food is made on the spot by two wonderful gentlemen. Atmosphere at Starliner Diner is similar to a Five and Diner, but better, especially with the friendly, attentive table server! I mostly love the fact that Sanderson Ford really had the customer as their priority when opening this diner. You can enjoy a great meal, listen to '50's music all while waiting for your vehicle maintenance. How unique is that!

You get what you pay for here for sure! The cashier is quite stern. No smile whatsoever. Seating is cramped. Oil must not get changed out often. Fries and chips come out brown. The pastrami barely has pastrami. The dip lacks flavor. They use Thrifty ice cream to make the shakes, but not the correct straw. You cannot drink it until it melts. They do seem to be nice to their regulars though.

I'm willing to pay more for better quality food. Sorry, they needed to change their frying oil. Our chips were so brown and unpleasant and everyone's fries around us were brown. People, this is not OK. Hubby's burger tasted good, but was smaller than the bun. Kara, the hostess was a delight and I can appreciate the 50's diner atmosphere, but I'd rather pay more for a better meal. The side salad however was full of healthy lettuce, spinach and all the fixings for under $5. Give them a try, hopefully when they just changed the oil.

Terrible experience, the waitress was very nice but the rest of the staff makes you feel like you donāt belong there. No one greeted (other than waitress) - nothing. Cold and standoff-ish ambience. I went up to order and greeted the lady there, she IGNORED me and continued entering something on the POS system , even after she was done , she didnāt say hello and with a confrontational voice said āwant do you wantā . Once she answered that way , I decided to leave. Iām not spending my hard earned money at a place that makes one feel unwelcome . Employees stared us down for some odd reason , just an all round terrible experience. Iāve heard a lot of good things about this places food but this place makes you feel VERY uncomfortable once inside . Shame on this place . Learn how to speak to customers as they keep the doors open. Word of mouth travels fast and I donāt plan of recommending this place to any of my friends or family.

This place is a hidden treasure in Glendale, ordered the French dip and the bread is home made with an au jus that is packed full of flavor. The gal who took my order, I dont know her name it was so incredibly friendly and upbeat made the experience even better! Next time Iām definitely trying one of their breakfast optionsā¦
