Two different times we’ve eaten here and both times the same issues occurred in which the server was never seen and each time they had issues. Such as food coming out at different times, lagging on refills while they’re chit chatting with bar staff instead. Both times felt like it was new staff that didn’t know what they were doing. They won’t be getting a 3rd try. Save your time and money and try a different restaurant in the area.

Pushy server and totally rude. Rushing us into paying our tap, though we asked her several times on the time of closing and kept telling us..take your time, while coming back every 5 min to ask us if we were ready to close our tap or needed more drinks. Not coming back.

Waited 25 minutes for our first beer… beers sat on bar counter for 10 minutes before server brought them to our table.
This is a brewery and they don’t respect their beers… Ashamed for management for allowing beers served with no head.
Food was just ok…. Took 45 minutes for our food order.
Restaurant was not even busy .
I will not be returning.

I’ve never seen so many staff members turn a blind eye to patrons waiting to be seated. They would not make eye contact with anyone including my table.
As per your comment towards my review, I do not believe you were understaffed at the time of my lunch. The restaurant wasn’t half full and plenty of servers. I have been in the restaurant business all my life, and I’ve never had worse service.
This was my second visit there. And I will not be returning.

Service was a little slow but the big issue was the fire alarm went off for over 30 minutes interrupting the dining experience. Tried to ask for a discount to compensate, was told the manager was too busy to address me. However it seemed that some worker that seemed to be the manager did address another table and apologized to the table right next to me but completely avoided our table. Appetizer was good but the service was not.

Decided to check this place out for happy hour on a Tuesday. The place was not that busy. We sat at the bar and was greeted as we sat. The bartender was a little rude and not very attentive. We ordered some appetizers and that took over 45 minutes to come out. We had already almost finished our 1st drink by the time the food got to our seat. I would not recommend this place or at least this location.

Came with my whole family to bowl they took about 30-40 minutes to sit us because they didn't have two lanes open when they finally do get us to the lanes one of the lanes was not working and took them another 30 minutes to figure out why and throughout the time we were there it would break and we would have to wait for them to come and fix it we ordered some fries when they got to the table they were burnt and disgusting I asked the waitress if she could just bring us nachos nobody can mess nachos up. Right? Wrong!!! The nachos were equally disgusting their beer cheese is awful The food was horrible The service was equally justice horrible we waited an hour for a waitress to come and take our check with the money she never showed up so we went to the front to pay up front and they turn around and give it to her and she disappears for another 30-40 minutes we're waiting for our change the owners running around like a chicken with her head cut off her son's I'm guessing we're running the front and doing a horrible job at it this place is a mess and and serious need of good management and customer service and someone who knows how to cook don't waste your money here there's plenty of good bowling places around

First time at the location. Tony was a great bartender and provided great beer recommendations. Beer was great and food was good. Highly recommend the fried pickles!

After seeing the venue’s response to my initial review, I wanted to clarify my perspective and expand on my experience. I appreciate their effort to explain their setup, but parts of their response came across as unnecessarily pompous. Referring to me as a “professional” when I expressed frustration about the poor lane conditions felt more like sarcasm than an attempt to address valid concerns.
When we arrived, we were told there would be a two-hour wait and that they don’t provide updates via text or call when a lane is ready. We put our names down anyway and left to pass the time elsewhere. Out of curiosity, we returned 30 minutes later to check in, only to find they had space for us along with three other open lanes. Had we waited the full two hours as they initially told us, they would have wasted an hour and a half of our time unnecessarily. This lack of communication and planning was incredibly frustrating and could have been avoided with better management or a simple notification system.
Once we began playing, things didn’t get much better. One lane was completely out of order, the pool table was also down, and the playable lanes were poorly maintained, with uneven surfaces that made gameplay frustrating and unpredictable. On top of that, the smashed tiles at the base of the columns between the lanes gave the entire space a neglected and rundown appearance (photo attached).
While I understand this venue caters more to casual socializing over drinks than serious bowling, that doesn’t excuse the lack of basic maintenance and subpar customer service. I’m not a “professional,” but anyone can see the facilities need significant attention.
I hope the venue takes this as constructive feedback rather than brushing it off. Even as a casual spot, functional equipment, clear communication, and basic upkeep should be a priority. Until these issues are addressed, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality bowling experience.
