I specifically stopped coming to this location after the previous manager/owner treated me so poorly, but since Jason has started managing I happened to come in and I love this location now. He is the most friendly, efficient person and so prideful of his work! I love seeing him when we stop in for lunch. If you had a bad experience in the past (like myself) give it another shot with him! He keeps the restaurant clean and the food is fresh. He also has the best throwback music playing that always puts a smile on my face.

The store is always spotless, the food is perfectly fresh, and the service is fast and friendly every single time. You can tell he truly cares about the customers and takes pride in what he does. It’s rare these days to see someone manage a restaurant with this level of dedication and consistency. Jason is the reason I keep coming back. Subway is lucky to have him!

I have been a Subway customer for decades, but have not found a Subway location that met the standards of the early years of Subway. Until now, right here in downtown Glendale, AZ. The store is clean and welcoming and in a great location. Jason knows Subway! I highly recommend the Subway location in downtown Glendale, right on Glendale Ave.

Jason is absolutely one of a kind! Not only is he the nicest person in the world, but also the hardest worker I know! Service is always quick, easy, and efficient. Does not matter if you’re the only person there, or in a line of 10 people, you’ll have your sandwich is no time. Food is always fresh and tastes great! Restaurant is always squeaky clean and set up nicely. You can 100% tell that no one cares more about their job and their work ethic than Jason! This Subway is easily the best in Valley! Maybe even the best in Arizona!

Huge shout out to Jason! It’s very rare to see a person so friendly and welcoming at an establishment such as this. He spoke about the sandwiches not as an employee advertising them, but as someone who genuinely enjoyed it. While we were waiting for a ride home, he gladly entertained us with his friendliness and magic tricks. Hands down the best experience I’ve had at Subway. I almost never give reviews but I definitely think this guy deserves a raise.
