Jason made my sandwich and washed his hands before and after making my sandwich he greeted me with a smile and most def made my sandwich with love I have been to subway in over 15 years and Jason reminded me of the goodness through the sandwich he made for me it was wonderful thank you sir
not clean manager/owner is not friendly very curt
My brother goes to karate at the nearby dojo and as of late, we’ve been stopping at the subway during his classes to get drinks. The manager, Jason has a good sense of humor and is a great magician. I stopped here tonight and he showed me two more magic tricks. He even taught me one! My father and I will probably now go out of our way to go to this subway instead of the 43rd and Bethany Home location because its customer service is just so much better than any other subway I’ve been to.
Jason is the best as he took the time to share his ideas and truly showed his passion for the work that he does — a true asset to subway
Jason showd us magic tricks that actually blew our minds. Amazing customer service. GIVE THAT MAN HIS OWN SHOW!
Jason was very helpful and funny, he is the best worker here he is very charismatic and loves his job. 5 STARS!!!!! BEST SERVICE EVERRR!!!!
I was visiting from England and we popped in here for some lunch. What a great little place. The ownwer, I think he's name was Jason, sorry If I have got that wrong. He was so charming and loved our English accents. He did a little slim shady rap about 2 cents when giving us our change. Dude cracked me up.
He also did a great English accent! Say hi to your Mum from me!
Oh, btw the food and service was amazing too!!
I can highly recommend!
Under new management 10-1-24. I can tell the new manager Jason is focusing on restaurant cleanliness, speed of service, beautiful sandwiches, and the best bread I have ever had at a subway. His customer service is top notch, and he really knows how to make all his customers feel as welcome as I did. He is singlehandedly turning this restaurant around for the better. He knows many customers names, and a few of their orders by heart. If you have had a bad experience in the past, it is worth it to come back in to see the new and improved management. BTW, the Manager Jason works Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, and Sat. He also happens to speak Spanish well enough, if you need it. If you haven't seen his magic tricks, you're missing out. Great experience eating here, and I refuse to go elsewhere. Thank you Jason! Also, they do except coupons, so long as they are not expired.

I recently placed an order for 3 platters and requested everything on the side to avoid the bread getting soggy. When I picked up the order, I noticed that only lettuce and tomatoes were included as sides. I asked if I could also get the other veggies—like onions, pickles, olives, and spinach—and was told no, the employee explained that I should have selected that option when placing the order online, which I must have missed—my mistake.
I then asked if I could simply purchase the extra sides, but he said no again. I stood there in disbelief, talking to my sister-in-law, surprised that I couldn’t even buy the additional veggies. The worker then said he could give me a little bit at no charge. He started packing what was barely a quarter portion of mixed veggies in parchment paper, probably not enough for a footlong. While doing this, he answered a phone call and returned to tell me that his manager instructed him not to give or sell me the sides after all. He apologized and looked very uncomfortable—clearly being micromanaged, possibly through the cameras.
What disappointed me most was that I had ordered three full platters, and yet was refused even the option to purchase more vegetables. When I got home, I checked the website and saw that a veggie platter is listed at $14.99. I honestly don’t understand why I couldn’t have simply been charged for that.
The whole situation felt unnecessarily difficult and frankly, kind of bizarre. It was very frustrating and disappointing.
Not accepting coupons why mail them out

I had a great experience at this Subway location recently, and I have to give a shout-out to Jason and Xavier—they make an amazing team! I've been to this location many times, but this was the first time in a long while that I felt truly valued and listened to as a customer. Jason put in a lot of effort to ensure everything was just right, and his hard work really paid off. This Subway is the best location in Glendale, hands down!
The bread at this location is better than any other Subway I have ever been to. Super soft and fresh. I had the meatball sub and it was very flavorful, plenty of sauce and not overcooked. The cookies were baked to perfection.
Since Jason has been managing this location, the store has been nice and clean. He has truly made the atmosphere enjoyable. This was the first time I have ever heard music playing in the background. It was nice to be able to chill out and relax.
If I had one suggestion, it would be to refresh the outside with a little paint around the windows, but that’s a small thing compared to the overall positive experience. I’ll definitely be returning!

During Glendale Glitters, this was one of the few restaurants open late. We stopped for a sub and a cookie. The sandwich was what one would expect, but the person on duty was helpful. We were on our feet since there was little to no parking nearby.
To use the restroom, one needed a code from the sales receipt to unlock the doors. This is to prevent people off the street coming in. Inside the restroom was not spotless, but adequate.
Dietary restrictions: Not exactly dietary restrictions, but Subway makes a point to post it's calorie information on the order board. This is appreciated.
Parking: During events, its easier to find parking in the free public garage about a block away. It's well-lit and safer, and easier than struggling to find a street spot.

Jason has gotten to know me and my best friend, we been coming in since Glendale glitters have started and the service we get from him and his staff is outstanding, will keep coming back. Service is always right on professional, courteous, and at a high expectation. the store is for the most part clean and atmosphere is for the most park pleasant. definately Jason needs to be promoted and given what he needs for his store to be more operational and more for production. I Highly recommend this store for folks to come in and grab a bite during Glitters and any other times.,NO OTHER SUBWAY GIVES THE KIND OF SERVICE THIS STORE GIVES.
THE ONLY THING BETTER THAT CAN BE DONE IS TO NOT CHARGE SO SUCH FOR A SUB SUCH AS i HAVE THE HAM AND TUNA AND GET CHARGED LITTERALLY FOR TWO SUB AND ALSO EMPLOYEE SECURITY FOR THE STORE, for such irrate folks whom needs to use the rstroom and can not because they are not purchasing food and are to Dam lazy to use porta potties and want to make a big deal pout of it.
Parking: Their is not enough around the store for disabled

This place is by far the best and nicest subway I have been in many years . Both Xavier and Jason the manager are a credit to this establishment.
They make every customer feel like are #1 as soon as they walk through the door. Very impressive.
The service is number 1 as is the food and atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who visits downtown Glendale.
Aces to you(Xavier and Jason.
