Typically, like this locations but today I was upset. $15 per foot long is ridiculous with the portion. I could have made this sandwich at home with the quantity of meat, spinach, and other toppings. I was planning to save half the sandwich but with only having a small amount of meat it was a joke! The only topping there was that was a typical average was the jalapeños.

Did a mobile order of a sandwich and it was burnt and hard as a rock. Like the sandwiches suck so much you hardly put anything on them. Waste of money. I had a sandwich that wasn’t supposed to be baked but clearly it was or they just burnt the bread and gave it to a mobile order cuz who checks them when they order online.

should have more than one person on shift; it should never take more than 25 minutes waiting while one persons order is being taken; with a line of 3+ people behind me. this is poor management and scheduling on subways behalf.

Different price everytime I go to this location ..recently was charged 20$ for a footlong hence this review.. if you wanna pay for an overpriced sub go ahead but this location is whack.. apparently under new ownership who raised the prices..Dear owner: hope buying this franchise was worth it because I’m never paying 20$ for a sub here again you bum.. buying a subway then raising already overpriced prices is crazy work.. you’re gonna lose business my guy

It's April 29 2025 I've been sitting outside of this location for 40 mins now. When I arrived shortly after 9pm there was a sign on the door that said worker was in the bathroom. At 930p I drove to another subway (51st and olive) also closed and then returned to the Peoria surely knowing the worker would have returned when I returned the sign had been removed, doors were still locked and no one was in sight. Yal need to tlk to whoever yal had staffed because they closed over a hour early!

Kaylen is an excellent employee. Came in for lunch 4/13/25. Even though she had no coworkers helping her at the time, she handled all the orders and transactions happily and efficiently. Whoever owns this franchise should recognize her for her top-notch customer service. The food was also excellent. My only complaint was the lobby could have used some cleaning, but Kaylen can only do so much haha.
I went in and was waiting and some guy took my order and I told him what bread I wanted and I told him and then he proceeded to ask me what sandwich I want when I said I wanted to build my own and he talked to me likw I was stupid or something and looked at me rude and proceeded to rudely say what meet do I want even tho the question he asked first was what sandwich and they were just not very nice

I had a very nice girl attend me here last night and she was so sweet and full of positive vibes. I wish I had her name but unfortunately I didn’t take it. But everytime I want subway I’m going to come to this one even tho it’s a little bit farther. This one had better prepared food & way better people
