7:43pm and yall got a sign that says open. Website says open. And you got 3 employees inside. You guys lock the doors and acting like you are closed. Not cool. Hopefully this is recognized by your higher ups, as unprofessional and a loss of money.

I frequently order online from this Subway location during my lunch break, and today, I realized I had forgotten to request my sandwich to be toasted. Hoping to fix my mistake, I called the store and was assured that toasting it wouldn’t be a problem. However, when I arrived to pick up my order, I found that my sandwich had not been toasted as promised. When I asked if it could be remade, the employee attempted to simply reheat the entire sandwich, including ingredients like mayo and cucumbers—something I can’t imagine being enjoyable. Frustrated by the lack of attention to my request, I left disappointed and have decided I will not be ordering from this location again.

This is the 2nd time attending this subway and its always 2 Indian ladies that seem like they hate their job. they are extremely rude and always trying to rush you out of the restaurant. They seem upset when you don't want to order the meal of the day. They tried to serve me an old soup that was just sitting in the microwave.

Pulled up at 8:40PM to get a sandwich on 12/03/2024. Google and the door said they closed at 9:30. I pulled on the door and it was locked the two younger gentleman said they closed early due to systems being down. This is now the third time their systems have been down when trying to go. Either this location needs new systems or employees need talking to.

Hello I came to the store at 8:50 when it says it closed at 9:30 the restaurant was close and the worker was there on her phone she look at us and just went back in her phone all light where on in the store I don’t think it’s right. false advertisement I will be contacting BBB. Thank you

Rae & Ryan were amazingly great with the service and super fast. My sandwich looked and taste delicious. Presentation is everything. The store was extremely clean and the team were extremely welcoming. Thank you, RAE and Ryan for doing such a great job.
If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I will NEVER be going back to this Subway. It was the WORST experience ever. I walked in and no one greeted us. We waited until an Indian lady came and said “how many sand-which” I said 2 she rolled her her eyes and ask me what bread. She slammed the bread at that point I wanted to leave already and not even buy food. But, I was like it was probably an accident. But, no she didn’t even finish my order and kept RUSHING ME TO TELL HER WHAT I WANTED ON MY SUB. The sub was made horrible. Don’t waist your money here go to another subway.

Ordered A Footlong & Potato Chips Through Uber Eats. The Potato Chips Weren’t Delivered. I Called The Store & Was Told I Couldn’t Get A Refund Because No Manger Was There. I Was Told Call Back The Next Day.

Was feeling rushed and stressed out about ordering by the individual serving. Not sure why, since I was the only one in. Staff was accommodating with my kids order and we were eating comfortable, until I took my girls to the bathroom. It was extremely dirty and cannot describe how grossed out I felt. I didn’t even eat comfortably afterwards. I wish I would’ve taken pictures, but just wanted to get out of there.
