came here for subs at 12:48 pm and the store says it opens at 10 and was full of workers but the doors were locked. The lady with black hair just shook her head at me saying they are closed. Won't be stopping here again.

On July 19, 2025 around 1:15pm, I visited Subway. Upon entering, I noticed that it was very warm and wondered if the air conditioning was functioning properly. While ordering my sandwich, I requested black olives but was informed that they were out of stock. I also tried to get a drink, but was told that there was no ice available. I was disappointed with my experience at Subway and hope that this issue can be addressed.

I guess AC never works per staff. I would complain to owner as it is inferior working conditions to the staff
Plus ice machine isn't working and beverages not cold.

Last 3x I have ordered here my order has been canceled due to not having items in stock. When I actually DO get my order its usually wrong (wrong sandwich, not toasted when I request for it toasted, missing add on items I paid extra for). Never have I had any issues with any other subway location.

Last Subway for me. Limited bread options. Scarce protein on the bun. No cookies. Soda machine out of carbonation. Two employees but only 1 working. Two 6 inchers, bag of chips and drink for $21. Ridiculous !

They put a little amount of ingredients inside the subs. Even a footlong is too small for me. Subway has gone downhill and the fountain was out of order.

Fountain machine was out of order. No cookies, out of most chips. And “restrooms closed” the worst subway I’ve been to in the valley. Only herbs and cheese bread available.

This store is crap. I spent 30 mins waiting on line for my food patiently on a order I called in. Only to be told they did not have the food I requested in stock. Instead of apologizing or handling professionally they gave me attitude the whole time while I waited another 20 mins for a refund. When I asked for their manager name I was asked to leave the store instead. This store is the worst don't come here if you want half assed prepared food not even cooked or prepared with clean hands. 4:20 pm 12/6/2024. Those girls spent more time talking horsing around than any work.

Omg !!! The worst this guy that has been hired he is the WORST! He’s slow as honey, always making the customer wait , he’s on his phone in the back it’s awful!! He ran out of small drink cups so tried to sell me a med for more money what? That’s not my fault you tan outta drink cups . Today he didn’t have Pennie’s so he gave me money minus my two cents dude that’s not Okay 👍 so no er going to this place the manager she is so cool but this kid is bad for business . Help them please. I like Subway but passing on that one for sure.

Did a mobile order and they messed up all my sandwiches. None of the veggies were right, everything was skimped out on and just straight sad. I get it gets busy but Jesus at least put in some effort to read the ticket correctly. Do better ya’ll

We walked on an hour before closing about to place an order and we were told we couldn't sit inside because the were gonna close in an hour, there was enough time to eat in there and leave but they didnt want to clean any more they had chairs on tables so they would not be used anymore. Of course we walked out did not order anymore. Thats not a way to keep business going.

A little disappointed, they were advertising a foot long cookie. I was interested in trying, they didn't have any available. I went in for lunch. Strange they were already sold out.
