Ordered the pretzel and some other stuff. Went to pick up waited a few minutes as it wasn't on the "pick up" desk. Finally asked me if i was picking up and my order was just behind the register on counter. She looked in it said all sauces are in bag to get home and no sauces be in the bag. This subway always ends up failing me one way or another

I walked in to place an order. When the young lady asked how many sandwiches I said 6 total her response was "are you kidding me?" I said do I need to go elsewhere? She reluctantly said no. Another employee came to help her. While I was paying for my order she quietly said to he co worker " had they needed to be toasted I wasn't going to make them" loud enough for me to hear. Extremely lazy and disrespectful.They had a lot of nerve asking for a tip at checkout. I will never come back here again.

Sarah and Jessica are PHENOMENAL and most definitely do not get paid enough. They were super patient with my wife and I and we took my kids to Subway for the first time as a family outing. They showed us patience and took care to make sure all of our orders were correct, even with my kids being indecisive. The spirit and atmosphere they created today, on Super Bowl Sunday nonetheless, is exactly why they need a raise and I will share this experience with everyone I know.Edit to my review: While eating my food, an elderly couple came in an my wife and I found out that the store manager doesn't have a senior discount at this store. So my wife took one of our left over coupons up there to help save them some money.Kid-friendliness: Sarah and Jessica went above and beyond for my little ones today. Truly amazing people.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Subway. The service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed disinterested in helping me. When I finally placed my order, the sandwich maker made several mistakes, and my sandwich was not prepared as requested. Despite my polite attempts to point out the errors, the staff was unapologetic and dismissive. This left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I expect better service from a well-known brand like Subway and will think twice before returning to this location. If I could put zero stars I would whoever was working on Sunday oct 29th you two girls are horrible! Need more training on respect for people and customers!

Ordered from this location through DoorDash. Well customer service is certainly dead. When I received the item, 2 ingredients missing THE CHEESE and onions. I requested a redelivery thru DoorDash and then I called the store just to ensure that this one would have all the ingredients. I understand that mistakes happen. Sometimes I even make mistakes. I try to be apologetic and gracious and to make things right. Because that's what I learned in kindergarten. But what I will not accept or understand is management arguing with me about whether ingredients are missing, when they obviously are, I'm looking at the dang sandwich RIGHT NOW...no cheese and no onions! I was in customer service for several years. Don't argue with me and say you need to check the camera. Just confirm that the new sandwich is correct and we can move on with our lives. My mind is blown by what a huge ordeal this became because they could not just confirm that MY NEW SANDWICH IS CORRECT. There's something seriously wrong with you people. Learn some customer service skills and manners. Will never ever come here again. And will tell all my friends and everyone I meet what a horrible subway location this is.Go ahead and check the effing camera. You'll see that you made a mistake and you aren't actually perfect. Shocking I know. Unbelievable that you couldn't just provide good service and give me what I actually ordered. Disgusted. Thank you for canceling my reorder. Went to see how much was left on a gift card my boyfriend gave me but the associates said they don't do that there. Nothing online about checking balance either. So this is less of a bad service review on the stores part and more so on the company itself. The folks in the store were kind, but the company should have a way to check how much is left on their gift cards.After speaking to my boyfriend about this he said it was most likely the associates didn't know how to do that. So I do think this sort of training should be provided to all associates to avoid customer frustration.
