Clean- this location seems to be one of the cleanest I’ve been to. Had a bad experience at another one and went here and was not let down. Friendly, quick- 10/10 no notes.

Nothing but issues with this location. Either they don’t have soups or they’re out of certain cheeses. Today, they opened and have absolutely no bread except the flatbread. Why even open the store if you don’t have products to serve your customers?

I've given this location enough chances. I'd rather go out of my way to the one on 35th Ave and Bell, where the service and food are consistently good, the staff is friendly, and they actually provide everything this location lacks—quality service, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Very bad experience. I stopped by with family to buy some burgers. There were nobody in the store however they were not at all patient to listen to us. They just wrapped the burge with onions and cucumber while without even listening to us properly . When we said we were not done with the order they Said they packed already and can’t add anything.

The staff did not smile at or greet us. They snapped at us with questions. My food was flooded with so much mustard and mayonnaise that it took 6 napkins to wipe it down. They told us their lobby was closed at 8 (at 7:30), and the hours on the door said it closed at 9. They hid in the back the whole time we ate with the exception of coming out to get drinks. Which they did together as closely as possible. The next guest left shaking their heads and saying “I guess we won’t be coming back here again.”

Hispanic girl with the curly hair has the nastiest attitude and the worst customer service. Manager needs to address this. Unfortunate because everyone else is so nice!

So my Girlfriend orders subway from here quite often as it’s her Go to meal. Today however, went quite different as the staff with the level of rudeness in the communication and the disgusting behaviour they showed towards her. Just cause she ordered something that they were out of. It was an Postmates app order. I have worked in subway’s too. If you’re out of something you’re not supposed to have it on the app. Regardless, you didn’t do that first mistake on your part. I understand sometimes you’re busy or having a bad day. Still, as someone who talks to customers everyday this is not the kind of behaviour you show and do or the rudeness you displayed in the conversation. You guys have at least one thing right that is making the sandwich and i’ll be ordering more from here in the future. If same thing keeps happening more google reviews and more postmates review on the way and I’ll be writing an official complaint to subway about this.
