This subway in Glendale, AZ is easily the worst Subway location I’ve ever been to. The owner only ever has one employee staffed despite super long lines. Lettuce is white and dying, tomatoes are pale and dried, ingredients aren’t fresh. When I order online and come in to pickup the food is never ready and the employees are very rude. Would not recommend. Employees are always stoned out of their mind or just super negative and mean for no particular reason. Many times employees simply refuse to make your order if you didn’t order online and they try to close before the time posted on door. Pure laziness. The employees use profanity and often don’t even do the bare minimum job they’re hired to perform. They actually sigh dramatically and get upset when a new customer would walk through the door like were inconveniencing them or stopping them from playing on their phones.

This place is utterly gross. Management is highly disrespectful and insulting as well as barely changes gloves in between making sandwiches. I do not reccommend this place to anyone.

I was seeking employment. Went through all the time and effort speaking to a manager. The manager initially told me they were hiring. When I called a couple days later they switched managers and he said they were full staffed. Why take down my number and do an interview in person if your going to go back on your word. Seems like a good store with good people but that one interaction made me question how organized it actually is.

Store made an error on two identical subs - didn't realize until I got home - drove back with the item - manager on 9/27/23 looked at the item and immediately corrected the problem. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Came in specifically for broccoli cheddar soup, they were out, decided I would settle for a steak sandwich but they were out of that too. This is not the first time they have been out of the desired food, however it will be the last time I waste time and energy even attempting to purchase from this subway. Not that they care.
