I ordered through their app to this store which was closed when I showed up to get it, called the manager & she was rude and she refuses to give me a refund because she claims store was open when it was clearly not. She wanted to make new sandwiches to pick up when i live far from the store & only ordered there because i was near the area! Very unprofessional!!! WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN!

Beware of this location went in today. To get a tuna sandwich was charged for a number fifteen. I then asked the cashier why she charged me for a number fifteen, and she stated that is the button they used to charge for the tuna. So I went back to work, and I looked online, and of course, the tuna is a dollar. And ten cents less not crying over the a dollar, andten cents is just dishonesty. That is horrible, customer service, plus you are robbing the customers. I wonder how many other customers you have. Done this to shame on you.

The last 3 reviews before this one are fake. Those are employees that made those reviews to boost their review score but as you can see it didn't help much.This is the worst place to spend your money. It literally costs them 2-3 dollars to make a sandwich they're charging you 15 dollars for. Let me put it perspective for you. They pay 30¢ per loaf of frozen bread. Eat fresh? Yeah right! None of it's fresh. Everything comes in a bag. The meats are highly processed and not at all healthy for you. I don't even wanna begin to tell you about the tuna! The bread comes frozen and all the steak and chicken comes frozen. The only thing that's made fresh are the tomatoes and onions. Don't be fooled by this place. Go somewhere else and spend your money. This company has an annual revenue of 10 billion dollars a year and yet they still have the nerve to let 1 employee close the restaurant by themself. They have no qualms about leaving some teenage girl there alone at night to close by herself in the heart of Maryvale. Go by one night right before they close and see for yourself. I've lived her all my life and I'll let you in on a little secret from a locals point of view. If you want the best sandwich money can buy in Phoenix you gotta go to Franks Market and Deli. It's a little family owned sandwich shop right on the corner of 23rd Ave. and Orange Dr. You will not be disappointed. You'll pay less for a far superior sandwich. They also have awesome sides and the canolli is to die for. Save your money and head to Franks. It's literally ten 10 mins away from that swill bucket called Subway. Trust me, it's worth the drive.
