Those are employees that made those reviews to boost their review score but as you can see it didn't help much.This is the worst place to spend your money. It literally costs them 2-3 dollars to make a sandwich they're charging you 15 dollars for. Let me put it perspective for you. They pay 30¢ per loaf of frozen bread. Eat fresh? Yeah right! None of it's fresh. Everything comes in a bag. The meats are highly processed and not at all healthy for you. I don't even wanna begin to tell you about the tuna! The bread comes frozen and all the steak and chicken comes frozen. The only thing that's made fresh are the tomatoes and onions. Don't be fooled by this place. Go somewhere else and spend your money. This company has an annual revenue of 10 billion dollars a year and yet they still have the nerve to let 1 employee close the restaurant by themself. They have no qualms about leaving some teenage girl there alone at night to close by herself in the heart of Maryvale. Go by one night right before they close and see for yourself. I've lived her all my life and I'll let you in on a little secret from a locals point of view. If you want the best sandwich money can buy in Phoenix you gotta go to Franks Market and Deli. It's a little family owned sandwich shop right on the corner of 23rd Ave. and Orange Dr. You will not be disappointed. You'll pay less for a far superior sandwich. They also have awesome sides and the canolli is to die for. Save your money and head to Franks. It's literally ten 10 mins away from that swill bucket called Subway. Trust me, it's worth the drive.

I love this Subway. It is my go to location! They know me by name and as I customer I feel appreciated. Great customer service two thumbs up
Walked in today with my kids and ordered 4 subs. There was only one employee working the counter at the moment because the other employee was on their lunch. Rae was working the counter and was polite, patient with my kids being undecided on what to get. As i was ordering she displayed the exceptional multi-task by taking my orders, ringing up customers, and handleling online / pick up orders. She was able to do all of this while staying calm, collective, and focus. I will definitely be coming back to this subway. Keep up the good work Rae and team

Shorty and Rae is an asset to your company The manager Rae is super nice too This restaurant is so clean and all veggies were very fresh for my sandwich. I noticed chairs and tables, floors and all were were were in pristine shape. As a customer I really appreciate this!
