Literally got 4 of the sandwiches wrong… only 1 person working

When I came in last night there was a line and there was only one employee working the line, Cassie. Cassie had the best attitude under the circumstances. She was very kind and considerate with all the demands that were being made and somehow was able to cope with it all. I wanted to leave a tip for her personally but didnt have the cash, so Im leaving this review!! You did an outstanding job Cassie!!

Ordered online at 625p for 700 pickup. Arrived at 658p and waited until 725p to get our food. The young man who helped us was very kind and apologized for the wait, but explained it was only his second week on the job and he was all alone. I asked to use the restroom while we waited, which was locked, and he said his manager took the key when they left, so he was unable to open it. I'm curious what he is supposed to do while he's there? Not the type of business I want to support. Until management changes, don't waste your time and money here.

ordered 3 sandwiches and when i got home my "the philly" had a tiny amount of steak on one side. I bought it back and showed the employes who laughed about it and said "its portions we cant control it" they KNEW there was a problem when i first mentioned it because they laughed and were joking about it to the other customers.. I would NOT recommend until they hire some people who actually want to do the job correctly.

For Amanda... we showed up at 9 and ordered sandwiches. All chairs were up and she closed bathrooms. We all get trying to close early to jet out. But not at the cost of customer service. I guess she doesn't get it...I practically put it in perspective for her, as I needed to use the bathroom. She totally declined. Only chairs not up were the ones her and her boyfriend were sitting inHummmm

Subway was always my go to for a quick good lunch. They were decent priced but the prices keep going up and up and up I was only going when I had good coupons. Today I used a coupon and it was still almost $20 for a foot long and a reg sized drink. ?♀️

The subway on 59 ave & cambelback is the best personal in Phoenix area these 2 amazing young ladies CARLIE & CASSIDE are so friendly ,they make you feel at home service there is amazing i strongly recommend a promotion it's hard to come across good employee 's as a business owner my self give 10 stars to these young ladies and there franchise. .keep up good work*********.
Female at the register with the white gage earrings has such a nasty attitude I came for a Uber pick up and she gave me attitude for no reason as if I did something wrong to her if you have an issue leave it outside of work im still a customer

Sub way sub sandwiches are quick and easy. Sure I could do it myself but then I would have to wash and prep the materials myself. Sometimes I just do it myself. I just don't like how the bread gets soggy when there is wet stuff in the sandwich. I had one today and I am not sure what was so wet but my bread was soggy and a little gross. Also, something in my sandwich kept dropping out a mayo or whitish colored liquid. It's hard to be a sandwich. The sandwich was wrapped nicely. I thought the veggies tasted fresh. The meat was fine. The service was good too. I like that Subway is having a deal now at this time. Like most I am sad that there is no five dollar foot long deal anymore. That was catchy and those were the good times. I usually don't like the Subway bread but it has gotten better recently. Either that or I am getting immune to it. I am not sure what I didn't like about it before unless it was just the type of bread. They have white bread and wheat bread and a bread with some cheese on top.

No no no !!! Don't ? me here I barely left I got home tasted my soda and ? soooo flat on top of that they had no ice , ughhhh ! What a waste of money and than no pickles I can't eat a sub without pickles !!!! They're literally empty no chips no drinks nothing . They don't care

Those two employees in there today were absolutely awesome! The most friendliest people that I have ever had to deal with in that Subway. They both need raises for as hard as they work, and as friendly as they are. If not a raise, then some sort of bonus. They are awesome!
