So I went to three different subways today 11/4/25 and yes the third one was IT I walked in was greeted the I watched and listened to a young man service three different guest he was polite and very clear helped with orders and offered deals he really went over and beyond GREAT customer service to bad the other locations don't have a him and yes he help showed me deals In store and on app so YES I will be back if I can give 10 starts I would and I found out his name is Alex thanks for making me feel good to spend my money at your location

Online order, I will not be using this place again I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but this is the 2nd time I’ve had the same experience. I ordered from the app added extra items only to get my food and it’s extremely disappointing to see whoever made the sandwich didn’t follow not one instruction I’ve already told my family and friends to spread the word about this place they have no professionalism I’m going through chemotherapy right now so it’s hard to taste some things that’s why I added other ingredients but they didn’t add anything! Horrible service and cannot make a proper sandwich at all!!!!!!

That store manager Alex is rude and reeked of alcohol when I came in, and had the audacity to argue and threatened to fight me, if you don’t correct this as establishment, this man is gonna find out there’s some people you don’t cross! This Subway is great! I've never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly and fast. The manager of the location is so friendly, that I skip the Subway across the street of my home and take the drive to this location. Keep up the amazing work!
