11/7/2025 I had the WORST experience. Very Rude and unprofessional staff.. The young man working put half scoops of tuna on my sandwich. I asked him to add more, he said it would be an added charge. I asked him if he was supposed to put full scoops. He replied he did. I am thinking (they have cameras as I used to work at a Subway years ago). anyway he then over loaded my sandwich with tuna, to intentionally make a point. Then he was putting pickles on by the handful, not spreading them out when I brought it up he said I don't have to be that way. From my professional experience he may need a mental health eval. NOT being mean truth. he used his baby face which had everyone feeling bad for him when all I wanted was a legit Subway tuna. The other sandwich maker, a female was talking to a customer about me out loud. VERY uncomfortable. Subway this is not standard subway etiquette unless things has changed for the worse!!

The girl that works there with the long braid and glasses is so mean. Berating and talking down to her co-worker the entire time, especially in front of customers. Raul did a great job, I felt bad for him.

The young gentleman behind the counter couldn't have been any older than 20 years old if that. Very knowledgeable for a young man. The type of employee that I want working for myself. Not only did he know his products he knew how to sell it. The best part is he did it with a smile. I thank you so much for having employees like this and thank you for the food today it's absolutely awesome!

I eat Subway all the time and I have to say I stopped in for some subs for the family and Raul I believe was his name did a great job he's really friendly and neat. One of the best looking subs ive seen i had a big order and he made it look easy! I have to say I have 4 kids and we all love subway and this will be our new location! I've been to dozens of subways and this one was by far the best. BTW the food is yummy too.....

i originally gave this location a bad review due to consistent customer service problems every time i went in (over the course of over a year).
They completely fixed everything. the new sandwich artists here have upbeat attitudes and seem like they love their job! We were greeted with a smile when we came in, our sandwiches were AMAZING! any questions we had, the associates were patient and understanding.
It truly makes a difference! I am a lot more likely to come back knowing it is finally a friendly atmosphere again. : )

They can never get their orders right. And if ordering through the app they always blame the pick up for not getting the right items correctly. How hard is it to pack the order and give it to the driver. Got my orde wrong and called for a refund and cant even do that. $20 dollars down the drain
its not even 10pm and they already closed!!! I rushed after work to get here its 9:45 and doors are locked then you should say closed at 9:45 not 10pm!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I also really wish I had at least 1 positive thing to say! I understand that they have been struggling to find issue-free people to work there but that's honestly no excuse! The food is old, stale, and completely unsanitary. I'm going to choose to not go into detail. My reccomendation is that you find another Subway, even if it's a bit out of your way. Trust me, it's worth it! If you do choose to eat there then you'll understand this review.

We tried this location in January, they made all of our sandwiches wrong and when we tried to get it corrected they argued with us and were just generally rude and incompetent. Fast forward to May, decided to give them a second chance. Once again sandwiches are made wrong and employees are rude. Don't waste your money here, it's just not worth the time and hassle.
