Saturday night, google maps says they close at 10 pm. 2 customers inside, pull the door and it is locked. The workers and customers look at me, then go about their business. I look at my phone to see the time. 8:58 PM. Even if google maps is incorrect, they still closed early and didn’t give me an opportunity to order. Even if only one door was locked, they didn’t try to wave me in or point me in the direction of the other door. I get wanting to leave, but if google maps said you closed at 9, I wouldn’t have attempted the last minute purchase, nevertheless, yall should know.

Saying goodbye to subway for good today.. Between how expensive it is and the lack of food you get. Ordered my daughter a pepperoni and cheese 6 inch and they put THREE slices of pepperoni on in and my son got two slices of turkey! Took home and both my kids said all they could taste was bread. I had to add triple the meat from my fridge to the sandwich ? HUGE RIP-OFF!

Not only did you rolled your eyes out loud and had an attitude the minute we walked inside but you whispered to yourself where I could still hear you. Congratulations on your customer service you actually had me and my family walk away. Never coming back here again!!!

I was just in the store, Sunday July 16th, 2023 just after 8pm. The food is fine, but the two girls working seemed so miserable that if I wasn’t in a hurry, I would have walked away mid order and went to another location. The were trudging around, looking at the ground, completely monotone, without any inclination of wanting to be there. No welcome in, no thank you, no have a nice day. Just seemed like they were being forced to be there by threat of harm. It really made the atmosphere awful in the store. They just seemed so bothered to have to be doing their job. It was quite a shame. I will be going out of my way for now on to go to another store. I understand people have bad days, but when you work with the public you don’t take it out of your customers and do your best to put on a happy face. You are, after all, the face of the business at that moment. Just so very unprofessional of these two young ladies
Previously not a good subway location, but I came in today and the 2 employees did a great job making my sandwich. And the guy had only been an employee for 2 weeks! Thankyou for a pleasant experience.

Thank you for making my spicy Italian as requested with customizations per uber eats app. I have ordered the same sandwich the same way for over 25 years and for the last 13 years from the peoria location at 75th and cactus, in the last month I have have had to threw out 4 orders for my ritual Friday sandwich, took a chance on your shop tonight and I feel rewarded in my request from your shop. Super happy to receive my order as requested and the uber delivery driver though i scared the bejesus out of him delivered accordingly. TY for keeping it real! 3 weeks later….Today my subway order did not allow pickles for whatever reason which i was disappointed with and i asked for mayo and oil and the sandwich is completely dry, not good. I wonder if they only offer certain toppings until a certain time of day. Ordered another today will let you know how it goes. And the sandwich is perfect! Back in good graces!

PULL YOUR HAIR BACK! ?A guy working there had longer than shoulder length hair, instead of grabbing his hair up, it was down and all over his face as he was making a sandwich. I mentioned it to another employee that worked there and said nothing as they proceeded to ignore me. I was kind and told her someone else could really get him in trouble if he continues doing that. You’re making a sandwich. Pull your hair up. It’s unhygienic, gross, and unprofessional. ?
