If I could give this place a 0 star I would. I ordered Uber eats and my order was wrong. I ordered a double meat sandwich but they didn't make it that way. The employee said to come in the next day. But the manager obviously shift said she could only give me the meat not a sandwich. Which I was told since it was done wrong they would replace it. Manager today said I had to have come In to the store last night to have it fixed. I wouldn't recommend coming here. So what to do with extra meat????? That was an extra $7

Typical Subway ...... overpriced, small portions of meats on all subs, the sammich making counter was fairly clean, but the microwave and toaster over were both dirty. Lots of food on floor behind counter. Will drive the extra miles to go to Jimmy Johns.

I went to subway at 8:30 on Saturday 2/1/25. There were two women working. One was nice but the other she was non approachable no smile she was extremely irritated because people came in 30 minutes before close. I GET IT but the pleases and thank yous were not enough for her to be nice. No meatballs I know you weren’t out but since they wanted to close they probably threw them out early. A woman who Was a customer asked to use the restroom and they said not it’s locked. Not even nice but in a rude manner. Every time a customer would come in the girl would shake her head and roll her eyes. I don’t know if she didn’t think people would notice but we all did. I don’t know if see why you have a 2.9 rating because customer service is trash here. The other girl made up a tiny bit for the rude employees attitude. I always tell people if you hate your job find a new one and that girl needs to find a new job that doesn’t involve interacting with other humans. She should fix her face.

Worst customer service 11-22-24 At 5pm this employee really treat me like garbage I don’t know what was he’s problem I’m so mad, I been using this location for abaut 15 years never experience no problems but today was my last time. worse employee there no name tag, I will take it to the corporate office.

This will be quick and simple, I have a simply sandwich, footlong philly with just cheese, bacon, black pepper, guac, and sauce, in that order. Not only did the worker brush me off when I explained the order of the ingredients(because bacon here is CHEWY when you toast in UNDER the cheese, she acted as if it didn’t matter. Secondly, when asked to use the restroom, she handed men’s restroom key(I get it, I’m ugly but whatever) when this was clarified she waved it off as if it didn’t matter. I will NOT be eating here again.

I just went to this location on Glendale Ave , for one I ordered mine not toasted and I can literally knock on my bread and hear a sound so hard ! The lettuce looked stale as there was a fly flying around on it she also had the meats covered so I couldn’t see so who knows what was going on behind there , I did tip her because of my experience in fast food but I don’t think I’ll ever be going back to this location and u shouldn’t either save ur money make a sandwich at home I’m so sad cause I was really looking forward to a spicy Italian my favorite!
