The employees here are super nice they are just overworked! Not once have I not come in here and they are not packed. And everytime by every employee I’m told the manager tells them they can do it alone and don’t need to mess around. I don’t see that as good management. I’ve also been told by an employee they make them clock out if there’s no customers and stay on property waiting which is ILLEGAL and probably ups the wait times. I’m at the location now and if there wasn’t a big NO REFUNDS sign sitting in my Face Id get a refund as my order was supposed to done at 1:42 but now 2. I order 15 minutes before.

I made a huge mistake on coming to this subway location today 12/09/2024. The lady was very rude to me and to my autistic 10 year old. My son was asking for her to put onion on his Philly cheese steak and she said very rudely. I already toasted the meat with onion. She used very small portion of meat and she got very annoyed if you ask for lettuce or any other ingredient. It was just me and my son in the restaurant at that time so she had no reason to be pressuring to order fast. Overall the food was as horrible as the service. My bread was hard as a rock !!!!!! Save your money go somewhere else and look at the reviews first. This restaurants looks sketchy and the Chinese lady needs to be investigated and reported , because if she is not the owner she is stealing the meat!!!!! That’s the only reason I would think of the super small portions.

We came in to grab some sandwiches for our family of four and the rude lady at the counter was loudly talking on the phone and ignoring us. My 4 and 7 year old had to use the restroom so badly that they were holding themselves, crying and pacing. When I asked about the bathrooms she snapped “hold on” and went back to her phone conversation. We waited and waited some more as my kids squirmed and paced for her to say “you have to buy something”. I asked if we could use the restroom first before they wet themselves on the restaurants floor and she barked no. It’s one thing to be apprehensive of the homeless population abusing restroom privileges but turning away a pregnant mother with two young kids in tow is where I draw the line. A neighboring business was kind enough to allow us restroom use and they confirmed that the owners of this franchise are horrible. They shared that if this location is busy the owners will make employees clock out and then clock back in when they’re needed—which is not only stingy, but ILLEGAL!! Next report is going to the better business bureau. Shame on you!!

Ordered my regular Deli combo with vinegar and oil instead the combo I had ordered had a very slimy oil and was not olive oil I did not get vinegar either I will not be ordering from that store again

Ordered via mobile app, set down for couple minutes and waited for the guy employee finish serving other customers, told him I got mobile order when he finished with everyone. He said he will start working on it rn, new customers walked in and he started serving them instead of finishing with me(customer) that was already inside and already paid for his order. Kinda bias

This location sucks. Meats are hidden from view. No bottled beverages.Creamy sirachia was the wrong color. Veggies looked old. Was so hungry I still ate my sandwich. Worst sandwich I’ve ever had from them. Go to 59th and Peoria instead
