I went into this Subway and was not greeted by a very disrespectful employee named Heidi . It was the most disgusting experience I’ve had on being discriminated upon on by her by the look , tone, and/or reasoning either being gay, Latin American , or just plain mean that when I asked to use the restroom first ( I’m lactose intolerant (but nutty butter just came out with an ice cream) @ had a pint of ice cream a day ago , I’ve been paying for it ( bowel movements not pretty) I really had to go and explained very thorough and so understood my reasoning whether policy or not I would indeed be a customer .SHE SAID NO AND DIDNT CARE ABOUT MY SITUATION THE OTHER WORKER even mouthed “I’m so sorry , then was referred to her as though he’s used to what I thought so to unprofessional rude and just plain … out of her judgmental mind.Be as it may, I think that perhaps a little bit of delegation and policy procedure should be pretty much less unknown to not just one person but to everyone and I’ll becoming egregious amount of un empathetic unprofessionalism and now I will never be going to that store again, and believe me, I have a big clientele on my hair roster and I will be telling them about this situation it was an embarrassment most of all

Ive worked for this subway for a couple months now and haven't had any problems with my boss, coworkers, or even any customers.the most clean/organized store ive worked for and ive been working with subway for 10 yrs now and its just nice to be in a CLEAN work space and to have an understanding/fair boss to work for, i enjoy working here very much!!Also, its crazy to see people lying on these reviews. Some reviews are even copied and pasted from other subway locations word for word, which is pretty pathetic to me. To lie about a restaurant. But anyways . This is just the most clean and organized subway ive worked for in years!!!! I dont see myself leaving anytime soon :)

Weekend employee here - I'm not being vain giving service so many stars, though, I mean everyone else gets the stars! Heidi's a great boss. She's able and willing to make accommodations for my schedule, and she's always making tweaks and improvements in our training, processes, etc. to ensure we serve the best subs possible.

I know restrooms are for customers but.... My autistic 6yo who is barely potty trained needed to go. It's rare for him to say he's gotta go when he's in an unfamiliar place so I was very proud of him since we were over an hours drive from home. The only person working was a young lady who was very rude towards me when all I said was "can I get the code so my son can go" and she blew up at me.

Franchise owner is on a power trip. Telling customers “you should go to McDonald’s, we don’t want to do business with customers like you.” Cannot wait to hear how corporate feels about comments like that. Subway should revoke her license before she damages the brand any further.

When I went in yesterday afternoon there was no one behind the counter and I waited for a minute or so when a guy walked out, I greeted him and he said nothing, he does stuff behind the counter for about a minute before he mumbles something to me. I order 3 foot longs and ask for Italian herb and cheese bread, He tells me they only have white or wheat, then he tells me they are out of meatballs, so we are not off to a great start. I then tell I want The Subway series sandwiches just the way they are on the menu and he looks at me like I’m crazy and me what I want on them, so I just read off the menu what comes with them. As he is putting the veggies on I look at the containers and they are all nearly empty and nothing but scraps. At this point I’m ready to just walk out and go to the location on 43rd and Peoria, but the sandwiches are already made. He doesn’t ask me if I want chips or drinks and tells me the total and turns around to do something so I just paid and walked to Albertsons for chips and drinks. I will not be returning to this location and would recommend anyone to go down the road to 43rd and Peoria.

This place was filthy. The woman behind the counter was rude and hardly put any meat on both sandwiches. I had to ask her each time to add more veggies. She put 3 olives on a 6 inch. She slapped the food on the bread. It was so sloppy. Don't waste your money here. They have an A rating on the door. More like shut it down.

Employee didn’t have bread or veggies put up the bread was sitting on top of the ovens the lettuce was sitting out on the counter instead of in the bins. Nothing was stocked. He charged us 2x for cheese on one sub because he couldn’t get the cheese apart. He had long hair and wants wearing a hair net. None of the meat was in the bins he went to the back to get it. When he cut the sandwich’s he didn’t even try to get close to half, he basically cut the end off. He didn’t clean the knife after each use, he set topping onto the counter.
